Best Electrical Repair in Phoenix AZ

I was away for several days & had set my thermostat at 85° before leaving. Upon arriving home I found that the temperature in my house was 95° ???I called several A/C service companies trying to get emergency service ? Finally, Parker & Sons returned my call & said they could have a tech at my residence in less than an hour. ? I was absolutely ecstatic since it was sweltering in the house at 95° !!!Jonathan arrived & took care of the issue in a very short time. He was very polite, professional, & thorough. I would recommend him as a tech & Parker & Sons as a service provider for your A/C and any other electrical or plumbing repair needs. I reiterate, I was extremely impressed and pleased with the service they provided. Kudos ?

Without a doubt, the best plumbing company I’ve ever used. James, the owner, is a class act and a true professional! He diagnoses the problem and then explains it in lay terms. He’s honest, straightforward and lays it all out and doesn’t candy coat anything. He gave us comfort and peace of mind when we were freaking out and worried about our major under-slab leak. He took the time to explain the problem and his course of correction of it and he was kind and compassionate to my wife who was very worried about the problem. And of course, he corrected the problem to perfection. He will completely exceed your expectations. Another HUGE quality about James and his company is that somehow he can manage to schedule you in to take care of your problem almost immediately. I would recommend James and his company for any plumbing work over any other plumbing company.

We've had both electrical and plumbing technicians from George Brazil come out and help us with various stages of our remodeling process. Every single time they have been not only extremely competent and professional, but also just really pleasant people to talk to! Our most recent plumber, Tom K, was super friendly and helpful, and went out of his way to help us with out washing machine issue. About the company in general - the dispatchers and appointment people are super pleasant also, and I particularly love that they send a photo and bio of the technician you'll be seeing so you can identify them when they arrive - fantastic safety measure!!

After spending 10 days without A/C and getting the run around I contacted Penguin and talked with Amanda. She calmed me down and got me scheduled for the next day. Jimmy arrived on time and in about 30 minutes I had cold air blowing. Thank you Amanda and Jimmy. I'm a Penguin customer for life. Eric.

Travis came out for a clog I had which my sinks were draining slow and within an hour he got them working again, very clean and professional. Definitely will use Neel's plumbing again!

Excellent company that I have no hesitation in recommending. I have used them 3 times and the job was done on time with excellent quality and very reasonable prices. When I had to replace my water heater a good tank cost $100 less than anyone else.

Was called over by our warranty company about a leaking water heater, said he had worked with our warranty company many times in the past and was able to replace and install a new water heater (the current one was too far gone) in about an hour and a half. He was great, super nice, knowledgeable and worked quickly.

STAY AWAY!!!!!!!! I have been waiting over 6 months for these flakes to show up. No communication unless you call them and even then it takes days for them return your calls.

I keep getting the typical excuse, labor issues, supply chain etc...

Its seems like the owner is a one man show and nothing happens without him. That would be great except is about 80 years old!!!
