Best Electrical in Phoenix AZ

Took them up on their advertised “$45 Unclog any drain and Free Camera Inspection” offer. Tech showed up with no camera on his truck, then ran a snake with no retrieval, cutting, or any other attachment head until he hit the clog then gave up. I guess it’s $45 for a half hearted attempt?I should’ve read the other poor reviews before contacting them.

First let me start with the customer service...top notch the entire time! From setting the appointment to confirming the appointment to the arrival of the technician, their process is extremely professional. I was in the process of selling my condo and the buyers realtor wanted me to add a $750 allowance for an issue the inspector flagged. I called AZ Perfect Comfort and the repair was an easy fix that saved me over $600. Honesty and integrity are the name of the game with this company.

Chris and Mike and the team did an A+ job for us. They gave us our options of replacing the entire unit ( with different models) or replacing the compressor, capicitor, etc, all the while explaining the pros and cons of our options. Very professional with no pressure to make one choice or the other. In a scam-ridden industry, full of charlatans and incompetent bozos, it's refreshing to work with a company you can trust.

My a/c stopped working and Lilcoln Air & Plumbing did an outstanding job from the time I called, until the end of the service. They were able to come to my house the day after I called them which was huge being that no a/c in Arizona is quite miserable. Jeff B was my technician and he was amazing! He did a great job of explaining what was going on, why it was happening, and the next steps he would take. He was very honest and upfront with me throughout the entire process, including informing me of the cost of his services BEFORE he did anything. There was a lot wrong with my a/c unit, but he was able to fix it and make it good as new! I am very pleased with my experience with both Lincoln Air & Plumbing and my technician, Jeff. Highly recommend!

My a/c wasn’t working and I came home from a 2- week vacation and it was 86 in my condo at 9pm. I called and reported the problem and the tech came out and fixed my a/c by 11pm. I was so grateful!!

The service rep was very polite and knowledgeable. We talked about the age of the unit and possible replacement in the future. He never pushed me into considering a replacement now and I appreciated his honest opinion!

Parker & Sons diagnosed that I needed two parts that were under warranty and wanted over $3k to fi lx my heat. Called another company neither of the parts that Parker & Sons said I needed were bad and problem was a result of a leak. Technician did not know what he was doing and would have cost me a lot of money to fix something not broken and i would have still had the leak. We Only needed Freon and leak repair. I paid 1/3 of the price and got a true diagnostic & repair with a smaller family owned business.

Five Stars for the new air conditioning unit and five stars for the service! I called Comfort Experts LLC from google and they were on the ball; they had my A/C up and running impeccably. I am very happy with this company and how personable they are, they really know customer service. No one can deny Comfort Experts is the top rated A/C company in the valley, I know thats a big claim but I tried calling numerous air conditioning businesses in Chandler, Mesa, Gilbert and Queen Creek; thier estimated quotes were coming in extremely high and/or some were not showing up for our appointment. I want to thank Comfort Experts for the quality work and quality service they have given me, I will be using these guys for all of my Air conditioning needs.

I heard about Howard Air a couple years prior to needing a new unit from others that had great experience. My unit is now two years old and I just had my last of four scheduled maintenance included in my purchase. I’ve had the best experience these past two years than I had in my previous eight years with another company. I’m serious go to their showroom and the folks there will show you everything they offer and are friendly about it when they do. Outdoor condenser fan motor died last night, and they fixed it this morning in just over an hour. Service technician was professional, and found out the problem right away. They even had the motor and capacitor parts for my +20yr old system on hand so he didn't have to go to the store.

I called this company for a routine maintenance inspection on my AC. They were prompt and friendly. The price was very reasonable and they did not try to upsell me at all. Answered all of my questions. I will be calling them again later in the year to check on my heating system. Highly recommend!

I chose the person. Gerald took his time explaining our options. We desperately needed our AC replaced, but I was very nervous about making the right selection based on our household needs.

Our Technician, Tyson, was prompt, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond. He did a great job on our valves in our laundry room and replaced the mechanism in the toilet tank. He did an amazing job.
