Best Electrical in Phoenix AZ

I had a water heater break and leak while out of town and called Parker & Sons for service. I had the pleasure of dealing with Isaac Wilkinson, Max Dillwood, and Jake (apprentice). They were excellent at putting me at ease in a very stressful situation, were extremely courteous, professional, and punctual. They diagnosed my problems, provided multiple options and advice for repairs, and worked very efficiently once service started. Walked me through repairs as they completed them so I had a full understanding of what happened from beginning to end. Cleaned up after themselves. Would recommend them to anyone and I am extremely happy I used Parker & Sons.

Friend and I tried to fix a leaking pipe on his rental and got in a bind when we couldn’t get water out of the pipe to solder the pipe right. Jesse drove across town right away on a Saturday night and got the job done, and charged a reasonable price. Highly recommend

Hero Home Services was great! Especially Aaron, throughout the process of getting my main sewer line done he was always very communicative, on time and professional! We were tight on money but their very low interest finance option was a life saver. We will definitely be using them for any future home work.

Johnny was my technician and he was great! I picked the company based on google reviews, and I was not disappointed. My water heater went out the very first day of my wife's new job, so I had to stay home and get it fixed even though I have no knowledge of water heaters. Johnny walked me through everything, the company is very upfront about price, and he even recommended several other services to ensure there was no water damage and that I could get the most life out of my unit. He was thorough, explained everything well, and was very respectful. He even put covers over his shoes when he came in my house! It's really a great company, the reviews don't lie!

I had my first experience with Penguin Air and Plumbing on 5/2/20. It was a great experience. The dispatcher was so nice and empathetic to the time sensitivity of my air conditioning issue as it pertains to my kids in my house. Jimmy, our technician, was extremely skilled, prompt, and personable. He genuinely cared about our situation and helped us every step of the way. I highly endorse this company !

Travis came out for a clog I had which my sinks were draining slow and within an hour he got them working again, very clean and professional. Definitely will use Neel's plumbing again!

Leo really impressed us with his knowledge of our system and maintained a friendly and professional demeanor. He went above and beyond to fix the problem that 3 other Chaz Roberts employees were unable/unwilling to do. I would highly recommend this company to family and friends solely because of him.

Best service I have used, great job, plumber Jose Ramirez did an amazing job. Jose answered all my questions quickly, very professional and helpful, talented, skillful and a good person. Quickly inspected and communicated what needed to be done, outstanding job on main valves, shut off valves, leaks, vaccum blaster, handles, cartridge, hose bibs and more also a great deal in the rate from Scott, very happy with service recommend to family , friends and everyone, Great Job!

I called you last night because a pipe broke at my house. They arrived at 8:00 today. M. and they did the job very professionally for a very good price. I would definitely use them again and 100% recommend them to my friends and family.
