Recently bought a house with a porch post that was heavily damaged due to termites and water over the years, which caused my roof to lean.

Called Handyman Connection and Patrick came out and was very friendly and no nonsense, and got me an estimate by the end of the day. He fixed it the following week and did an amazing job! Thanks Patrick!

David was on time and did great work on all of the odds and end jobs we had asked of him. Also, very reasonably priced compared to competition. Will definitely be using him again!

I was looking for a handyman in Phoenix and these guys were the first I called. I’m from California but I own a few properties in Phoenix AZ and needed a handyman to do regular maintenance and repairs on my properties. First visit Jake showed up and gave me the breakdown over the phone with the repairs I needed and told me it will take him about a week to get everything done. HE WAS DONE IN TWO DAYS did all the stucco patches, drywall repairs and paint interior and exterior. Since than I’ve been using Jake on all of my projects, we have been working together for over 2 years and I can’t say enough good words about these guys and Jake particularly. Last project he did for me was a 850 SF home addition on a rental property and him and his crew did such an amazing job! if you looking for a Phoenix Handyman or general contractor, you can’t go wrong with these guys!!! Great experience! Had to remove drywall due to plumbing leak in the ceiling. Response Crew gave me a very reasonable quote and the ceiling looks better than before the damage. Will recommend to anyone with drywall needs!

I needed someone to install overhead shelves on my garage ceiling. It was hard finding someone available and willing to do it, and for a reasonable price. I found John’s company online and left a message. John the owner texted me back within the hour. We finalized the quote after closing hours and i appreciate at he was so responsive and accommodating. He was able to come out in a few days for the job. He arrived right on time and was very professional and knowledgeable and did a good job. I’m glad I found him and would use him again.

We had a limited time frame to make repairs on one of our properties, Art was responsive and communicated what he could do and when, and then delivered! Would highly recommend his services to anyone.

I just called to see if interested in work! When answer phone he was unprofessional just a hello not a company greeting. . Was pretty rude honetly! then before finshed talking it was im busy it be a month and hung up. Sounds like you need a break or find another carrer not dealing with public!!

We scheduled an appointment in advance and gave them a list of what needed done. They were scheduled to come out Friday between 9am-1pm. I get a text at 12:18pm stating that they have to cancel my appointment. They gave no reason as to why they needed to cancel. I had already set aside time from my day to be there to show the handyman what needed done. They were extremely disrespectful of my time that I took out of my busy work day and were not able to remedy the situation. I asked for them to please send someone else that day as we had so many things that needed done for our Airbnb but they were not able to send anyone out. I feel this is highly unprofessional to not even give a reason for the cancelation or provide a solution to the problem. I will not be using them again because of their disrespectful attitude towards my business and time. Poor Customer Service
