Turned out to be a fairly simple fix Techs have been with the company for years which tells me it’s a good company. Would recommend to anyone. Steven was professional and courteous. Very please with prompt service. The a/c started with a noise last night and turned it off to prevent further damage. Called @ 8am NVM; service was scheduled in the p.m. A welcome surprise....NVM tech Anthony Trejo @ 10:40am was able to come earlier than scheduled and made repairs. Very happy with his service and now have a/c back...yeah.After my prior review, same a/c unit failed due to a dif. issue. Instead, of continuing to repair a 19yo unit, we decided to replace the unit. (Especially, after NVM offered credit to a new unit from servicing old unit.) Also, our roof needed to be recoated, so the timing worked well.For years, formerly a customer of Frank Bristyan a/c co., now he works for NVM. As always, Frank ensures he understands the needs of his customers and ensures satisfaction. He explain our choices of new a/c and was able to recommend roofers. He coordinated the schedule with the roofers to service the roof when the old/new units were removed/installed.Also, the NVM installer tech. Chris, (formerly an employer of Frank Bristyan a/c co. and now, also, works for NVM) is very knowledgeable, professional, and ensure his customers are satisfied. He ensured all our needs were met before he left the site.Very grateful to all involved who worked this combined project without difficulty. Very much appreciate good and prompt communication. I've been a comfort club client for over 3 years. I would highly recommend this company. Whenever I have a problem, they come that day and fix it. They are very efficient and have installed thermostats along with a new unit. They have fair prices but most importantly, you get great service and quick response.

They actually listen to you (the last repair person did not). They also told us about the best (and most cost effective) AC filters to get - Flanders High air flow filters (from Ace Hardware).

Michelle managed to track down the part in record time and Eric did a professional job of installing it and the air is blowing cold again! Great service, very knowledgeable and professional. AC had been struggling to keep up with extreme heat this summer and finally stopped cooling bedrooms. I called a local highly rated ac guy who came out checked system pressure said all was good.
Darrel from Island breeze came out check entire system, explained everything he checked and his findings and what it all meant. He was able to complete repairs in a timely fashion and advised do's and don't to prolong ac life span. Bedrooms back to cool.

An unfortunate coincidence happened the day of my scheduled AC maintenance (rain killed my last unit). Crispy's rep, Kenny Gibson, noticed something was wrong as soon as he walked in my house to check the thermostat. Long story short, he was able to get a crew assembled with a crane and custom fabbed ductwork within 4 hours of his initial 7am appointment. I had a brand new working unit by 2pm the same day.On top of that, Kenny provided my insurance company with a detailed statement that brought my cost down significantly.If you're looking for a hard working/friendly HVAC company, I suggest you start here.

I am happy we were able to find the root of the problem and take care of it for you. on a different note, Mike our tech is a veteran of 20 years in the HVAC, it is possible he could have had a bad day or it was an intermittent problem and i just got it when it wasn't working. I can't say enough great things about this company. I've already written a review on yelp but had to come here and do the same for their Google reviews. They have well beyond 5 stars as their customer service can't be beat. I feel like I've been more annoying than anything but not once did they make me feel that way, they simply want to help and make sure I'm taken care of which is amazing! As I said in Yelp I've found my go to HVAC company and I highly recommend you look no further. Their sales process was simple, they had everything setup and installed in less than a day, and again their follow up and communication is just amazing.Larson Air thank you again for everything you have done and continue to do for me as your customer. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I was forced to use them by my home warranty company. It is well over 100 degrees and 95 degrees in my house. Their 1st available appointment was 3 days out, we scheduled it for the morning, called to get an ETA around 10:00 and was told at some point in the day! The technician showed up after 2. As soon as I answer the door he stated he was there to diagnose not to fix and claimed that was the way it works with home warranties. I've been with the same warranty company for years and it's never been that way. I called Velox Air office and was told the technician could fix it if he has the part, I passed this info on to the technician and he was adamant that he was only there to diagnose it, that's what he's been doing all day and he has other appointments! He left and Velox air didn't answer my calls. It's a Friday night, holiday weekend, and my air has been out since Tuesday. There is also an extreme heat warning until Monday. If you are looking to get your AC fixed or acceptable customer service, I wouldn't suggest this company!
