Brennan come out today , just a few hours after I called for help. The office could have sent someone sooner, but I couldn’t be home then, so they accommodated my schedule with ease.
I was not expecting such a nice, personable, respectful , exceptional young man to arrive on time, and ready to attack my clogged sinks with vigor. He clearly was very experienced, and explained everything to me , as well as patiently answered all my questions!! Next, he inspected all other plumbing that could possibly leak, or not function properly. He found issues I was not even aware of, such as my turnoff water valve to one bathroom sink was broken, and needed replacement. He even kindly gave me tips to better maintain the plumbing in my home.

Brennan took his time with everything he did, and I was quite impressed with the quality of his work, his experience, and his knowledge. He clearly valued me as a customer, and if I owned a company, I would have hired him to work for me. Additionally, I had just bought the yearly service plan, so today’s service was at no additional charge. Call Goettl, and request Brennan when you need plumbing service!!

People seem to assume because it has the word Scottsdale in it it means more expensive. That was not the case for me. I got numerous quotes to install a new combo unit on my roof, and Scottsdale Air not only had the best price overall, but they were installing higher quality brands than their competition. It was a no brainer. Plus they handled the rebate paperwork.

The technicians who came out were really kind and so helpful. They also worked really well with our home warranty company to get us the equipment we needed to get our house cooled down and comfortable for our family.

We got our HVAC unit repaired from Air Handler Unit HVAC manufacturing and installation company. Technicians were attentive and cleaned it wonderfully. Its working as new.

I first heard about Howard Air several years ago on KTAR radio. When I called them that spring to do a check on my system, they came out on a Saturday to accommodate my schedule and sent a great tech that did a thorough job of cleaning my unit's condenser coils, crawling around my attic to verify the air handler control unit had a relay that may need to be replaced soon (previous repair by another company) and offering some tips on keeping my 20+ year old unit running.
Fast forward two years and I decided to have Howard Air out for a consultation since now was the time to replace my old AC unit. Ted came out and met with me for several hours. He was very professional and detailed, and even took a video of my equipment in the attic. He explained some things that could have been causing the unit to run less efficiently for it's life and also what Howard Air could do to improve on these things as well as some of the innovations that Howard Air offers the other company's don't. After seeing some of the prices on the units for install I was hesitant to proceed, but ultimately decided to go with Howard Air for several reasons; including advice from my father who used another competing company for his new AC install, the reputation and warranty of Howard Air and the financing options they offered. I did appreciate Ted cutting our meeting short for another appointment I had that evening to come back the next morning when my wife was home to finish up additional measurements in the attic.
Only two short weeks later I had George and David at my house on a Saturday for the removal of my old unit and the install of my new system. The two gentlemen did a wonderful job with each technician working to help each other out as they tackled each phase of the job. I was impressed by George's overall knowledge and how well he was able to setup the air handler, heat furnace and other parts inside my attic. He also helped guide me through easily using the new wireless thermostat. David put a lot of effort into routing my copper wire and electrical connections the way I wanted and even offered some advice about placement of the unit so there would be less vibrations of the cabling as it was running. I couldn't be happier about the entire job the two of them completed and if I only dealt with George and David alone, that would make me a customer for life with Howard Air. Thank you both!
I'm grateful for the way I was treated from Howard Air, including the first time I had contact with them to after my new AC unit has been installed.
It's been almost a month since my install and now the weather is starting to heat up a bit. I'll be looking forward to having my unit kick on to cool down the house now - Thanks Howard Air!

I’m so glad I went with them, they are professional, explained the checkup on my unit, and the tech. didn’t rip me off by installing parts that weren’t necessary . American Home Shield, the home warranty company, contracted with Crispy to do our AC maintenance/checkup. I have two units outside. The tech went around them and I presume checked things out.The problem was that I received only a verbal statement that all looked pretty good except for something that might need looking at later. What it was I'll never know because I never received any sort of report. All I got was the invoice, showing paid in full. NO DETAIL.The tech tried to upsell me by saying I should consider having them install surge protectors/suppressors for each unit. I was told that the price was $250 each but that he could do them for only $200 each. This borders on taking advantage of the retired/elderly folk.Twice I called the Crispy office for a detailed checklist of the work done. I was told that if they did that for every customer they would have no time for much of anything else. What the heck?I called American Home Shield twice about the situation and nothing came of it. So, I canceled AHS today. Good riddance.I advise all to be wary of Crispy Air and Heating. Perhaps they will be fine for your needs. Not mine. Ever. Again.
