On Tuesday, February 21, 2023 - Hobaica Team: Ian Flood and his assistant came to our home to replace compressor which was no longer functioning and resulted in lack of heat and air conditioning functions. They were observant, professional, and provided detailed information on what they were going to do to resolve the problem. Ian let us know that it would take most of the day to resolve issue and if we had any questions along the way just let him and his assistant know. Throughout the day Ian kept us posted on their progress. Once installation was complete Ian explained what was accomplished and provided additional instructions relative to new compressor and zone thermostat! We want to say a Big Thank You for Ian Flood and His Assistant for making our home a happy home once again:) You both Rock!

With soaring AZ summer temperatures, my AC unit quit working. I called Expert HVAC, and they responded immediately, sending Rick, a great tech out the same day. He diagnosed the problem, explained it to me, and ordered parts. There was an additional electrical issue, so after that was fixed, Rick and Mike completed the repairs, and I’m cool again.

The y both did a great job, with support from the office staff, Darlene and Noelle. They all would let me know time scheduling, and showed up on time, worked through all the issues.

Jesus showed up on time and was very thorough. He quickly diagnosed the issue and called me to discuss options.
Once the options were agreed upon he got the work done efficiently.
I am very pleased with my choice to hire Promise HVAC.

I was having issues with my ac unit and I was shopping around, but received no reply. Idecided to call Goettl just because. When Goettl came out, we felt we were in good hands right away. When Josh came out he was knowledgeable, professional and straightforward. He was also very personable and showed great pride in his company. We felt he was very truthful and that is hard to find if you don’t believe in your product and know you work for a reputable company.
Goettl walked us through what we needed. Victor was extremely helpful in financing our purchase. Ryan, Alton and Marcus came out to install did a great job. They were respectful of my nephew and I who work at home, and worked so hard… especially in the attic and on the roof where I know it was over 100+ degrees up there and in the 90s on the roof. Ryan and his crew were very professional and showed great pride in what they do for the company and provided awesome customer service. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone and everyone who asks about my new ac unit.

We're coming up on four years since Alien Air Conditioning installed the new (at the time) heat pump HVAC on our home. It has been one of the smartest upgrades we've made towards our home. The unit they installed still blows cold or heat as needed while using far less electricity to run. The guys from the company walked me through everything they were doing and they genuinely cared about doing business with us. Summer's coming back to Phoenix pretty soon and if you're considering repairing or replacing your current HVAC unit I encourage you to call on Alien Air Conditioning to take care of it.

Expert who knew what he was doing! Didn't get to meet him in person because he was working on A/C in a house we had for sale in Phoenix. Had everything taken care of in a very reasonable amount of time with a reasonable bill. I would recommend Howard Air to anyone needing A/C help.

After contacting several AC companies to get quotes on installing a mini split system on my place.... Arcadia (James) was the only person who actually showed up. Highly, highly professional, he came across at first meeting as very honest and trustworthy. He discussed my options with me, gave me a couple of choices on way to go with prices and I agreed to let him and his company install the unit. 4 days later, his crew showed up at my house and began the work. Much to my surprise, James also showed up and was working along side his employees. That impressed me, greatly. Typically one does not see owners of a business out in the filed working side by side with their employees. Start to finish, the project took them just a few hours and by that afternoon, I was sitting in nice cool air. During my initial consultation, James had told me that going with the system I went with, would generate me as having an electric bill that would run me under 100 a month to cool my little place. I was skeptical because I had moved from a place of almost the exact square footage and never had an electric bill under 150 during the summer months. Received my first bill and it was 93 dollars and some change, received my second bill, which was for a full month of using the unit and it was 91 dollars and some change. The difference being, I had stopped manually raising and lowering the temp trying to find the perfect temp for me. But, James was right, under 100 to cool my place. I couldn't be happier. James and his crew were professional, courteous and super friendly. By end of day, they were starting to feel like friends. One of the workers even helped me out with another issue I had, both beneficial to him and I. From my initial contact and subsequent convos with the front office, to my consultation with James explaining my options, to the actual installation, I couldn't have been happier. I would not hesitate to recommend Arcadia Air for anyone's heating and cooling needs. Thank you guys, greatly ..... I'm beyond pleased with your company.

I was referred to Air Control by another customer of theirs. Ben first showed up to my residence and conducted an inspection and repaired the items he found to be defective. Ben also recommended things that would need to get fixed in the future. Ben was professional and thorough in his work. However, due to this being my first A/C repair job on my first house, I was skeptical. George (the owner) reached out and spoke with me directly. George offered to come to my house and personally walk me through the testing and repair process for my unit. George was also very professional and thorough. He took the time to explain each test out to me and taught me how the units worked and what to look for as the units age further. Both George and Ben were extremely professional and George as the owner takes accountability and responsibility for his work and company. Air Control definitely puts their customers first. I highly recommend their work.

I highly recommend Daniel and his team for all your a/c needs! They’re very reasonable, knowledgeable, personable, and most importantly trustworthy! We used them, after getting quotes from other companies, on replacing a heat pump a/c system.. so glad we did! They explained everything in such great detail, gave us the information to make our own decisions (not pushy sales men), and showed me pictures of all completed work. They’re great guys and make a great team!

We had no air-conditioning and this company came the same day. They showed up during the timeframe that they told us. The gentleman was very professional and fixed our problem quickly.

Preemptive tl;dr AccuTemp won't flood the airwaves with commercials, but there's no substitute for a reliable company that doesn't put the squeeze on your wallet. We've had them out a handful of times over the years, and this company has always been a fair dealer. They deserve your business. I'd give them 6 stars if I could.

Now the deets:

About a month ago over a weekend, our AC went out in a monsoon storm. Facing a sticky, sweaty night, we scheduled with the first company to answer the phone at midnight, which unfortunately wasn't AccuTemp, our usual standby. Turns out, answering the phones overnight is a poor way to judge reliability. That other company was evasive about when precisely they would be coming out (so much for 24/7 emergency service, too) and seemed to struggle with communication between technician and dispatch.

With morning giving way to afternoon, temps inside rising, and no work van in sight, we gave AccuTemp a jingle. Unlike the company that shall remain nameless, AccuTemp managed to give us an actual estimated time of arrival AND THEN beat that time by about an hour! Once here, the technician Brian was very friendly and helpful while explaining everything he was doing to fix the chain of issues plaguing our old unit. He got the AC up and running and didn't break the bank doing so. Here I am a month later with an AC that is chilly as ever!
