Best Ductwork Installation in Phoenix AZ

We just bought a home that was built in the 60s and we wanted a bit of work done, including new vents, servicing air roof AC unit, and a few other things. Simon and Steve came out to look at the house, and were super nice and informative the whole time they were there. Barely a week later and Steve came to do all the work and was able to get everything going quick. I would definitely use them again when I need something else done.

An update to my review is necessary because I felt pressured to give a 5 star review. While our service tech was on time, courteous (up until the end), and explained everything, I was basically forced to do my review right then and there while he was standing in front of me pointing at my phone and directing me where to go. Talk about awkward and inappropriate! I understand these reviews are probably important to the techs because they are probably evaluated and perhaps even get bonuses based on them. However, to expect your customer to do the review immediately while the tech is right in front of you is COMPLETELY inappropriate. We have had SO many issues with Goettl and their equipment that we recommend people STAY AWAY from them. Our supposed top quality air conditioner has had issues practically EVERY YEAR we have had it, and we have had issues w/techs installing equipment that needed to then be removed because it broke or shouldn't have even been there in the first place and then put back on and then remove and then put back on again. It's been a joke. This year's semi-annual Sadie service check-up was no different. This time they couldn't even locate the paperwork for parts they themselves sold to us to confirm warranty info!! Recommendation...Go somewhere else for your A/C needs.

Service Tech, Leo, arrived ahead of schedule, presented in a professional manner, identifying himself and clarifying the purpose of our call for service. He then gathered the appropriate tools and I led him to where he could access the system to check it out.
Now, in my 6+ decades on the planet, I've been in various types of service businesses, where customer service is of utmost importance. I also happen to know a thing, or two about Air-Conditioning and HVAC, but am not now licensed to service them. Because of these facts, some might say I am Tough when it comes to 'vetting' service techs. (I have invited more than one to leave)
I simply expect a service Tech to Know what they're doing, and to be Professional about their doing it. Leo and AzPerfectComfort.com exceeded expectations. I am Very Happy with their Professional, Quality Service, and Attention to Detail. They actually listen to you (the last repair person did not). They also told us about the best (and most cost effective) AC filters to get - Flanders High air flow filters (from Ace Hardware).

We have used Preferred Air for both a mini-split installation (2020) and they just wrapped up replacing the whole home A/C system and I couldn't be more pleased. We got multiple bids for both projects from companies large and small and each time Preferred Air was honest, had a great price, great products and quality service. Their people are prompt, clean, courteous and just plain ol nice. I wouldn't hesitate to use in the future and will definitely use for yearly maintenance.

Shaun is a fantastic repairman and representative for Howard Air. He checked all systems, answered numerous questions, changed the filters and clarified much information. I wish everyone understood what the word 'customer service' means like Shaun does. He is knowledgeable, cs oriented, kind, pleasant, and hard working.

Lots of promises made, not a single one delivered. Very minimal stock, and a huge waste of my time and money. I always try to buy local, even though I expect to pay more. I'll continue to do this, just not ever again at this shop.
