Q, our technician was prompt, clean, and knowledgeable. We really appreciated his information and was very helpful. He took the time to answer all our questions and would highly recommend Q and Goettl.
Today we had our 21 yr old Goettl ac system replaced with a new and more efficient Goettl ac system. We had the BEST technicians ever! Gab, Serg and JJ were professional and friendly. I would give them 10 stars if it were possible. They installed our new unit and showed us how to operator the new thermostat. Very friendly, cleaned up and removed the old debris without any fuss or issues. We will recommend this team to our family and friends. Thank you Goettl and team for another 21 years and counting!

I can’t say that I’ve ever worked with a more kind, honest and hardworking company. We filed a claim through Fidelity for our AC when it stopped working. Unfortunately, this happened during COVID, and everything is in shortage status or delayed. Tim worked with Fidelity to get us expedited on the process. Tori did an amazing job at keeping us updated throughout the waiting period. Mike (owner) called us to check in on things as well. I truly believe that we would still be forced out of living in our home if this company wasn’t involved in the process. They originally replaced a compressor for us, and then we found out that the coil and condenser needed replaced as well (1997 unit). They got the order into Fidelity, and then came back and replaced the entire unit. The amount of hours and attention they put into this project were amazing. Every person we dealt with was top notch, and we would absolutely recommend using them in the future. Thank you for saving our sanity and getting us back to comfort!

I can't fully express how appreciative I am of the level of support and service I received from technicians. Not only were they able to respond to my request for maintenance quickly, but they were patient enough to wait until we heard back from our Warranty people to approve the work needed. Even after all that, my air conditioner was only down for around 7 hours and I will recommend them to anyone who needs quick and quality service. Thanks a million!!

This was hands down the best choice for our AC. The 20 year old AC didn’t work when we purchased the property, but it was winter (in AZ lol) so we weren’t too pressed about it. Since this is such a big purchase, we talked interviews many companies. Perfect Comfort had the best mix of customer service, knowledge, value, quality of system, and professionalism. It took us a few months to end up selecting a company since it was winter, then the holidays etc, but they weren’t pushy or “sales-y” in the meantime. Fred came by and assessed our needs and provided the optimum plan for us. He even allowed us to go over our future plans to remodel, and gave us many great suggestions which helped us to put a timeline together for the services (of course we will hire them for!).
Throughout the process, Jana would make sure we had all the information necessary for a smooth install. She was always polite and knowledgeable, and never left us confused or questioning anything.
I was pleasantly surprised to see Fred running the actual install! I’ve heard of the “sales-person” coming to get the business, then leaving the labor for the technicians. It was awesome to see him and the rest of the team doing exactly what he explained months earlier.
We have an older home, and the previous owner was... interesting... anywho, Fred found some questionable AC parts in the attic that he advised me of, and left me with some guidance as to what to do with it. The team completed their job quick and efficiently, and left no trace that they were even there... well except now we have an AMAZING ac unit! Our bill hasn’t changed much either. We went from not having a working unit, to a brand new unit running daily, and haven’t experienced a notable change in our electric bill.
We’re excited to continue our patronage with Perfect Confort and their amazing team. We look forward to our future projects with them, and would 10/10 recommend them to everyone!

We have used Lee Collins since 2000, have bought 4 units from them over the years and referred SO many people to them, because Ken was excellent and respected loyalty…and just very professional…last week we had them come out and service two systems at our new place…within a week one system stopped working…they are not standing behind their service at all!!! What is the point of doing annual maintenance???? They are now a horrible company to do business with…Ken sold and now the company is awful!!!!

I called Parker & sons because I had no hot water. They sent someone the same day thank goodness! Kevin came early and was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing every step of the way. I’m SO glad I called them and won’t hesitate to call them again for any plumbing issue I have!

I got quotes from several other companies and CE offered the most at the best price. Ryan was very professional and helped me find the best unit for my house. He was straight-forward and honest. Installation went smoothly and the installation technicians were fantastic. They even took the time to balance the air flow in my house and resolved an issue from the past contractor. The technicians went above and beyond to help us. They have offered to come back as many times as needed to ensure my HVAC system works as intended. I am 62 years old and a Veteran, my AC is broken and I contacted this company because they said they do not do a credit check. They lied when they said they do not check credit scores. I am giving you a bad review. My credit score was already low and every time some company like you looks to run my score it gets lower and lower. I have a job and I can make payments but because of companies like yours I have no way to qualify and now I get to continue to suffer in the heat.

We have used ProSkill for a number of years from electrical jobs, garbage disposal repair, AC system maintenance, water softer and RO system install and maintenance and at our last home, a new AC unit (a new build with an underpowered unit that was installed by the builder which died after 3 only years). Every person we have encountered is professional and courteous. We have never felt any high pressure sales tactics, just honest and ethical work each time. When our AC unit went out and needed to be replaced, they worked overtime on the weekend with a whole crew to get our house livable on the Fourth of July. Prior to recommending the new unit, they had tried to revive our other unit a few times understanding that a new unit was highly expensive. The issue was an underpowered unit and faulty equipment that oil logged the compressor and they tried a few fixes including a warranty compressor replacement before the unit just completely died and needed to be replaced. The unit we got was a great price and was so efficient that our electricity bill actually went down and ran about half the time. I would highly recommend ProSkill for any of your plumbing, HVAC, or electrical needs.

After years of debating/praying that our air conditioners would last another summer, we knew this year we would have to bite the bullet and get it done. We had Larson come give us a quote and found them to be very reasonable. They were able to get the specific units we wanted and schedule the install for the next week. Jeremiah and another man (sorry I forget his name) were our techs. They were punctual and took care of everything we needed. They moved a few things in the back yard and even had to take down a bookshelf in one of the rooms to access the attic but when they were done you would never know they were there! They even kept working despite finding a SNAKE in our attic- and volunteered to remove it if they found it again. It was anticipated that some drywall would have to be cut to fit the new units in- but they were able to get it done without cutting, saving us a lot of money and mess!We are very happy with the work they did, our units keep the house cool all day long at half the run time of our old units. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new ac.
