Very pleased with this company especially Cody who was the one that originally came out to give me an estimate on cost to replace my 2 AC/ Heat systems. Very personable and honest young man. Scheduled the work within a couple days of accepting their estimate. The workers came on time and finished the entire job the same day by mid afternoon. Hopefully everything will work as it should. Very pleased with Cody stopping by while his workers were installing system and answering any questions I had.

i need my ac to be looked at cuz it wasn't cooling corrctly and i had called another company and said we needed a whole new unit over $10k. and when i called them it was just and easy fix cost me less then $5k. Moises was awsome.

It is Saturday... the start of Labor Day weekend.... and the AC goes out. Just my luck! I immediately called my home warranty company and advised them that it was 115° in Arizona and I needed to make sure my 14-month-old son keeps cool. They put me on hold for 15 minutes and they mentioned that 1st Choice Mechanical LLC was in the area and they would be out to fix the air-conditioning ASAP. Indeed they did! Tim was very professional, polite and friendly! He was able to figure out and explain the issue(s) and fix it promptly. I would definitely recommend 1st Choice Mechanical and use them again! I cannot say enough good things about Comfort Experts. We came home from a vacation to find the AC really struggling to cool the house. Of course this was also the hottest week of the summer so far. AC was running continuously and would not cool below 82 degrees. Ryan answered my call late in the evening and we made an appointment for the next morning. Ryan was on time and really efficient. We found a restriction in the coils preventing the unit from operating efficiently. We could have tried to limp the system along but, as the unit was 27 years old, it really was a matter of time before we were going to need to replace it. Ryan put together a quote for a new system and it was very reasonable. Within 48 hours we had a new system in place and up and running. His crew that did the install work was professional, clean, and very patient to explain everything they were doing and why. The quality of their work combined with their level of customer service makes this a top tier company to work with and has earned them a customer for life. I highly recommend you call Ryan and his team for all of your HVAC needs.

Freddy I am sorry to say did NOT do a good job!He did an OUTSTANDING job. Was professional, explained everything, gave me options for the future, was clean in his work. I called Howard Air after my A/C caused a leak in my ceiling. I had to turn off my A/C to contain the flood of water. Although I had never used Howard Air in the past, the receptionist made a special effort to send a technician to my house after hours. The technician who came was extremely helpful. He couldn’t fix the problem but he made sure to have additional technicians return today. They were able to fix my A/C and install a safety shut off valve to prevent another leak. The technicians were efficient, polite, clean and explained what they did. AND, the charges were very reasonable. I am so grateful that they were recommended to me. I’m just sorry I didn’t call them sooner.

I recently had a service call to my heater. And, again, Howard Air gif s wonderful job. Very thorough and professional. So happy with their service

5 star air just installed a complete new AC unit with google nest thermostat. They were so helpful and did such an amazing job. I was truly grateful that Tony took the time to ensure the system connected to my phone and worked properly. Ashley went above and beyond with all the details. She did so many extra things that definitely didn’t go unnoticed. Highly recommend for any AC needs!

Installed swamp coolers on both houses and thermostats.
Was delayed by roofers and I appreciate putting up with that.
Putting 5 stars but I should put 4.75 stars as the cooler pumps never got mounted with screws as designed.
.Maybe they'll do that and make it all good?

We’ve had to call several times, in summer hours, to get help with our very old unit and he’s always willing to come to the rescue! He helps us stay cool at an affordable rate.
