Quick turnaround, good prices, friendly service over the phone. I spoke with a gentleman named Konnor and he was able to get a repair technician to my house to address my faulty air conditioning. And everyone knows in AZ summer, that is no joke. Very pleased with the service, and happy to support a small family-run business during the pandemic. I will be using North Valley again.

Initially got called out for problems going on with the thermostat. Turns out it was a small connection it wasn’t touching and a mounting problem. So simple, should anything arise again I want these folks to come out. Everything was awesome

After having Scottsdale Air replace both of our HVAC systems in one day a few years ago and doing a beautiful job, I decided that we should have the also do the recommended annual maintenance. William came out today to preform the AC portion of the service and was amazing. Polite, knowledgeable, efficient and a real pleasure to meet. I can't overstate how much welove Scottsdale air and their wonderful staff.

Requested a bid from company, and made an appointment for 9am, they didn't show or call. i called and they said they would look into it and get back me, they never did. i don't know why i called back but i did, and they finally send over someone later in the day who didn't look at my equipment or the site it was going or anything for that matter, and proceeded to quote me almost double every other bid i have received.
Very unprofessional i would avoid wasting your time here.

Very happy with my winter maintenance service and especially the tech they sent out, Ian. Ian’s customer service was fantastic. During the maintenance he was doing on the roof. He would send me videos of everything he was doing and testing and cleaning and how they stood up to specs. I really like this video presentation service that George Brazil is doing now.

I was referred to Air Control by another customer of theirs. Ben first showed up to my residence and conducted an inspection and repaired the items he found to be defective. Ben also recommended things that would need to get fixed in the future. Ben was professional and thorough in his work. However, due to this being my first A/C repair job on my first house, I was skeptical. George (the owner) reached out and spoke with me directly. George offered to come to my house and personally walk me through the testing and repair process for my unit. George was also very professional and thorough. He took the time to explain each test out to me and taught me how the units worked and what to look for as the units age further. Both George and Ben were extremely professional and George as the owner takes accountability and responsibility for his work and company. Air Control definitely puts their customers first. Great company and great people. Tim came out and provided a great quote beating all of our other estimates. Explained everything to us and let us know of their included warranty. They worked around our schedule for the install. Tony and Ashey showed up on time and did an excellent install. Friendly and professional the whole way through. Cleaned up after install and left area better than they found it. Would recommend this company to anyone needing any of their services. Will definitely be my go to company for anything I ever need in the future. They definitely live up to their name.

I could not be more pleased with the service I received from Derek and Circulate HVAC. After initial contact and a description of the problem, he was able to come to my house within 1 hour on a Friday afternoon. He troubleshooted the issue and described to me exactly what was needed to be done. Derek was prompt, courteous and thorough. The issue was corrected 100% to my satisfaction. I will definitely recommend Circulate HVAC to family and friends and will most certainly use them in the future should the need arise.
