Justin came out yesterday to do a follow up after installation to make sure everything was running right. Cannot say enough about him, personable, professional and very knowledgeable. He checked everything, answered questions & made sure we knew all the features of the thermostat. Today, a technician named Tim came to my house and I thought he did a very thorough job of evaluating my HVAC system and providing me with recommendations to further protect my system. He was not putting the hard sell on anything, but gave me his honest assessment of the situation and, for that, I am thankful. Great work!
