Can’t say enough good things about Hobaica Services! Called last week regarding an emergency situation with my rental and somehow they found a way to squeeze me in. Jayce came out and got us up and running for our new tenants! Today , I had my maintenance service on my own residence and Scott K. did a fine job of checking out both of my units to be sure they would get us through the next 6 months when they’ll be back to check on things again. I was shopping around for some AC prices and I came across Sun Devil Heating and Cooling as I had to buy and AC for a new home I had some concerns that the system would need to be balanced. The tech assured me that it may not need to be but if a tech was needed to rebalance the system. That they would send someone out to get it taken care of. It turned out the system did need to be balanced but they took care of all my issues in a timely manner.

Even though I came to them with the intention of purchasing a new unit, they insisted on having one of their techs verify that there was nothing more that could be done to repair my current unit. Once that was confirmed, they used a consultative approach to selling me a new unit. Very detailed and thorough communication, and set realistic (even though not ideal due to supply/demand issues) timeline expectations. Highly recommend.
