Anthony came out and did an outstanding job assessing my issues I immediately felt he was not trying to sell me on an expensive units but instead just helping my family stay cool in the arizona heat. The installation was scheduled same week and completed within the day. Comes with a great warranty. Tyler and Emilio did a phenomenal job with the install!

I contacted Hobaica for help provide hot water more rapidly to bathrooms and kitchen. Their website has a nice video to explain a “flash hot water” system. From the first call to the office everyone was professional and welcoming. Tom was sent to our home to evaluate and estimate the situation. Both he and electrician Amer did the actual installation. All work was done on time, as promised and no mess.
Amer did additional evaluation of our electrical system and the voltage of the bathroom appliances such as a hair dryer & portable heater. He carefully explained how these appliances were causing overloaded circuits.

If you are looking for a HVAC specialist, look no further. I have been using A & M Mechanical for over 5+ years to maintenance my A/C and heating units. They have always been extremely knowledgable, professional and honest. Their worksmanship and customer service are top notch. They will give you an honest assessment of your equipment and options to service the equipment always balancing costs and outcomes. I had to replace my existing A/C units and heating units last December. I wanted to write this review after 6 months to ensure the equipment installed was performing exactly like expected. As expected, the American Standard units are performing wonderfully. Amy and Mark were excellent in helping me identify the A/C and heating units and options that would match my needs and keep my house cool/warm. Their installation and worksmanship was excellent. Stellar service. These guys needed to come out multiple times in a row to fix our heat and did so by ensuring we got the best price and they targeted the exact issue. They did so when it was convenient for us and I am so happy with the finished product. They weren’t pushy about needing a new unit, they did give us a quote for a new one when we are ready but didn’t try and sell us something we don’t need right now. I appreciated their honesty and very hard work.

Gave me a very low quote to replace roof mounted ac with a Trane. They came when promised and installed the new unit very quickly. There was a problem with the new thermostat (fan ran all the time). I called and they came out the next day to replace it. Young, very personable crew.

Replaced 20 year old 5 ton unit. Was worried about potential roof damage and length of installation. They showed up on time, finished in a day and not a mark on the roof! Could not ask for more.
