Great experience with this company! Professional and friendly! Pricing is fair and Austin was great to work with! He showed up on time and didn't leave until the job was done, he even took the time to put covers over his boots before entering the house. Austin was very easy to talk to and took the time to explain the problem in terms we could understand. I would highly recommend this company and we will call this company first for any future HVAC repairs. We also appreciate that this company offers a military discount.

Expert HVAC has been providing and servicing my a/c units since 2005.
They originally put two new units on my home in 2005 and have also serviced them since. This year they installed a new unit for one of my daughters and checked out my other daughters unit after she bought her first home. I highly recommend Expert! Their responsiveness is excellent. I am maintenance supervisor for Chiro Plus Chiropractic centers and when our regular AC company went out of business, and we needed a new 4 ton split system, we found ourselves in need of someone new. I called several companies and started scheduling appointments, some for the following week. When I called Frank he said he would be right over, and he was here in thirty minutes! After he and my boss agreed on a price (which was great) Frank asked how late I could be there because I specialize in one day installation. Needless to say, I was skeptical, but Frank is a man of his word and he got right to work. He scheduled a crane, picked up the equipment, and brought out a three man crew within the hour and they got our new system installed by the end of the day, just like he said. Our AC unit went down during a 114 degree day. Always, on the hottest days, right?! I called about 4 companies for immediate service. (I only call and use licensed contractor's that have excellent reviews along with a good AZROC and BBB standing.) Scottsdale Air Heating & Cooling was the friendliest of all and were able to come out at 5 PM same day. They were sincerely interested in helping us. The tech, Dave, worked on our unit for about 3 1/2 hours until we were able to get cool air. He was very pleasant and clean up after his work. He was determined not to let us suffer another any longer. Thank you SAH&C for your excellent service.

AZ Perfect Comfort replaced an AC fan motor that was covered under warranty. They were professional, personable, timely and provided excellent communication. Mack was awesome to work with and powered through the repair in 110+ temps to get us back up and running. I will use them again when the need arises. Thanks guys!

The salesman was outstanding, but that was it. He was only a salesman :/ the texturing on our cielings after vents were removed was poorly done. The actual problem of temperature change and control on one side of our house was never fixed. No one ever decided to follow up with us about how the work they did affected our home.Furthermore, I feel like we were used for our wallet. If I'd have known anything about HVAC I would have been more in tune with what they tried to fix and add on. It seems, however, many of the fixes and additions they made to try to make our house cooler was purely to Jack up the price. I certainly didn't need a vent in my tiny master closet. Lastly, the assistant at the office has trouble following instructions and barely seemed to care about her job.I still need additional HVAC work but will not be using Reeis, nor will I ever recommend them.

We found our AC had stopped working after hours and you responded very quickly, triaged the problem and repaired the unit by replacing the fan motor. The system works wonderfully. We are VERY please with customer service and the timely response. I will recommend your business to others.

Of course on Saturday around 12:00AM the air conditioning unit decided to stop working.
I called Howard air within 2 hours we were backup and running. Thank you it was the hottest day of the week.
