OMG, I just received a quote from this company and we signed up on the spot. I've had the hard sell from Anderson Renewal and a quote from a big box store. Energy Shield ticked all the boxes. Professional on the phone setting the appointment, arrived on schedule, very personable representative, established local company and local manufacturer. The only downside is they are 14 weeks out but I can live with that.

Receptionist was very rude and disrespectful

Adam came out and completed the installation of my broken window. He is AWESOME! He was professional and finished in a timely manner and left my floor cleaner than it was when he arrived. He even took a minute to play fetch with my Shih Tzu, who also loves him. Everything about the entire process from beginning to end was seamless. Everyone I had contact with has polite and went out of their way to assist me. I would highly recommend this company, and will not hesitate to use them again.

I reached out to Valley Wide after I had a small window pane break at my house. It was a small 9in x 14in piece of glass that needed replacing. I called another company before speaking with Valley Wide. The other company quoted me $349.95! FOR A 9IN X 14IN PIECE OF GLASS! I was offended by that price. Valley Wide told me they would cut it for me, give it to me, and explain to me what I needed to do to install it, FOR FREE!!! And they came through! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company, their customer service is 2nd to none! Thank u Valley Wide!

What can I say, Greg and team are professional, responsive and on-time. They went above and beyond to deliver a quality product quickly and skillfully. Greg's expertise and advice truly helped to make the experience and the outcome terrific.

They left the job unfinished to begin with and 2 years later one of the doors they installed has a frame that slides back & forth. It latches & locks but the whole door frame slides in & out! They are not good! It is a bunch of kids that don't know what they are doing!

We have had Lifetime replace windows in our home on three different occasions. Each installation was a wonderful experience. The install crews have been extremely professional and personable. Their work is excellent and the product is very high quality. The first windows we had installed 3 years ago look just as fresh as the ones we had installed today. This speaks to the quality of the entire process. Lifetime Windows and Doors really stands by their lifetime promise. Even the smallest issue is no problem to get resolved. We had a screen that was damaged by a cat and Lifetime repaired it upon request.One window installed last May had a slight crack in the frame. I would not have ever seen it, and it probably would have never been a problem but the installers saw it. They put in an order to replace the whole window!I could not be happier and can't say enough good things about this company.

I recently purchased my first vacation home in Scottsdale that needed a little TLC and being brand new to the area and out-of-state, I was nervous and stressed having to shop around locally to find out how to update about a dozen windows and sliding doors since it is easy to be taken advantage of when you clearly don't know anything. My tile/shower guy has used them for a number of years as his glass company to go with on showers. I as a general contractor always have trusted my guy to get it done which he always has. I have also referred clatyon glass to anyone contractor or homeowner asking for a solid referral. I finally give them a call myself because my tile guy is running behind on work and am told I am not on there current list of contractor and they won't deal with me right now. I am told they are not taking on new contractors which I am not I try to explain the situation and it is obvious they frankly don't care. It doesn't matter I was told unfortunately I am not in the system BUT if my tile guy calls they will deal with him when they have the time. It is unfortunate they do good work but apparently when times are good they don't care about the little guy is how I took it even though behind the scenes I have been dealing with them for years.

My husband and I purchased our home a little over six years ago. The house is about thirty years old and still had the original windows. We now have amazing windows that function great and can already see a difference between our old ones. We are now able to open the house to let in fresh air; the windows have a locking mechanism that makes me feel comfortable to sleep with them open if I choose to. We no longer have wind blowing through our old windows allowing us to keep our heater and AC from working overtime. We have also noticed a huge difference in outside noise. We live on a street that is in a two year construction project so we constantly have equipment and trucks outside our home. With the new windows we can barely tell if there is any construction going on. It is really amazing how much quieter our home is now.
