Hays cooling and heating are by far the best!!! Summers in AZ aren't exactly ideal, especially being 8 months pregnant. Our AC stopped working over the weekend and we were able to call Hays to submit a ticket, first thing Monday morning we got a call back to have a tech come out! Over all I spoke with a few different people who more than helpful and sympathetic to our problem! I want to give a HUGE thank you to Al!!! He came out, diagnosed the problem, gave me all the tools and guidance needed to move forward and showed so much love and interest in his job! I contacted the original company who did the installation and they were offering free service to re install the unit!! Pffffttt!! I'd pay to have Al come back and use Hays a million times over before ever going with a different company! Al has saved the day! I can finally breathe in our cool house! THANK YOU AL!!!!!! Myself, unborn baby, and fur babies appreciate you so much!!!!

Ralph Varela has excellent. Called 30 minutes in advance, was courteous and polite. He advised us what was wrong, gave us the quote & started working on the A/C. Took his time, completed the job, checked our brakes & set the thermostat. I would highly recommend Penguin Air to anyone. Will definitely use them again.

Although the AC equipment was delayed due to the world's current supply chain issue, once it finally arrived, it was installed seamlessly to the church fellowship hall and kitchen existing AC system. These guys and gals go above and beyond to ensure their customer's complete satisfaction with their long-term guarantee of the equipment, installation, and future maintenance.

He was extremely thorough, detailed, communicative, and knowledgeable. He took time to explain everything pertaining to our unit (good and bad) and provided us with the information required to make a difficult decision much easier. He helps us with tips on how to get the best performance from our unit. He keeps us in the loop as work is progressing. We request him every time we need service.
