I can't say enough good things about North Valley Mechanical! They are incredibly professional, responsive, and take care of everything in an extremely timely manner. They diagnosed the issue with our AC system the day after we originally called, gave us several options to choose from and explained each option in detail to us, and had everything installed 2 days later. Extremely thorough service call and very patient with explaining areas of concern needing repairs or replacement. My service tech provided price quotes on items in need of repairs/replacing but did not pressure me in taking immediate action. He also provided timelines for being available to return when needed. Pictures were taken by the service tech and shown to me detailing potential problems. This was especially beneficial since those parts are on the air handlers which are located in the attic. I will definitely contact Howard Air for my future HVAC needs!

During the hottest weather so far they gave me the exact help I needed! Looked up my warranty, showed video of my problem (roof-top unit), gave me straight talk about the benefits of new vs repairing, plus a really great price with easy, 5-minute financing and even included some prevention/maintenance tips. Manny was patient, worked to get me a good deal and even offered me a window unit. All that AND a new unit delivered the next day! Total professionals who really want to do right by their customers.

Shane from AC works was on time and diagnosed the problem immediately. My heat was not turning on and he knew that the problem was with the thermostat and not the unit. Very knowledgeable and he reset my Wi Fi thermostat to the required settings.
