James originally seemed honest and knowledgeable regarding HVAC. The complaint was the 3yr old AC wasn’t blowing as cold as last year. We were told the Schroeder valves x2 were bad and needed 2lbs of Freon with a quote of $508. Once the repair was done, James came off the roof to tell me there was “bigger problems”- the evaporative coil was leaking in more than 20 places. The repair quote was $2500 for labor only (4-5 hours). Who charges $500 an hour for labor!? Oddly, the AC was serviced 26 Jan with no issues. I was beyond shocked.. As James insisted this was a very serious problem.
After having another service come to provide another quote, I was told, there was no leak detected and could have been from the Schroeder valves or a non-honest technician spraying oil on the coils- since the pattern was unusual and “too clean” (no dirt or dust on the oil). Honest HVAC people are very hard to find- unfortunately, this company is not one of them.

Had cactus mechanical replace my complete HVAC system when the A/C failed about 1.5 years ago. Was pleased with the knowledgeable employees from the person who assessed my house to the installers of all the components. The person who assessed my house actually found out that my A/C units tonnage was wrong for the size house I own.

Fast forward to the current date, while in my attic I noticed a hose that was not correctly installed when it was replaced. I called Cactus Mechanical and they came out the next day. They noticed the same discrepancy from the install and fixed the problem with no charge. Now I know what you may be thinking. They should've definitely, with no question, fix the problem with no charge; I thought that as well. But the fact that it was 1.5 years after the install could've gave an unfair company enough reason to not fix the problem free of charge. The fact that they did makes them good in my book.

I had the unfortunate experience of having multiple plumbing problems in the same week. Fortunately, I found Day & Night Plumbing and their plumbers Michael and Andy to address my issues.The office staff is friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The plumbers are equally friendly, prompt and professional. Their service was high quality and on time. All costs were transparent and approved in advance.I have nothing but high praise for the company and it’s professionals.

I've had great experiences with Benefit Air. They inspected a home I was trying to buy and helped us make an informed decision (we decided not to buy it). They have helped out on a few other occasions and since their technicians don't work on commission, I felt like I could trust what they were telling me. They weren't just trying to up-sale to make more money. I will be using them again.

Dennis came out to do maintenance on my AC, and he was very informative and explained things clearly--which I absolutely appreciated. I will definitely call back for next time!

Called at 9am, had a technician out by 10:30 ,finished in an hour and did the repair correctly. Couldn’t ask for anything more.!
