The tech Sal was awesome, friendly, and very through. Have always had the best techs from A.P.E.S HVAC & Plumbing and will refer them to anybody that needs any plumbing done.

They showed up later than expected but they kept me in the loop the entire time so no big deal. The tech was quick and professional and solved the problem that the previous company could not. I will definitely use them again in the future

Terry Stone was our technician. Our air went out at about 11:30 or 12:00 at night and my husband was flipping out. I started calling around and it was the most frustrating part of the whole experience. Every company wanted to take down ALL of my information. Name, address, email, phone number, social security number. Just kidding, about the SSN but seriously, it was so annoying. My husband is cursing up a storm in the background and you want my email address? I'm tired, I have to work in the morning, my husband has to get up in three hours... just tell me if you have a tech available and when they will be able to come out! But no, no one was able to give me an estimated time except a couple, which gave me like a six hour time frame, 4 hours from now. No thanks. Then I reached Penguin Air. The lady that answered the phone was calm and extremely polite. She answered my questions without giving me the run around. She let me know exactly when a technician would be available and how much it would cost for the site visit. She THEN collected my information. She maintained her composure through my breakdown and I ended up apologizing for being so frustrated and thanked her for helping me as much as she did. She really was wonderful. Our tech called 30 minutes prior to coming out and was quick, polite, and knowledgeable. He even applied a coupon that they currently had. I cannot express enough how grateful I am to this company. When your AC goes out, call this company. No matter what time. I'm actually pretty sure our tech got out of bed in Buckeye and drove all the way to Gilbert in a monsoon for our service. This is a company that truly cares.

I called Hobaica Service today and the way I was treated by their Customer Service Representative was incredible. If the person answering the calls are this engaged and helpful I can't wait for the service person to come out and Fix My AC!!!! Thank You Jasmine you were truly helpful and made my day!

Tori answered all of my concerns, scheduled my installation in a timely manner, and I would give her a 5 star rating. The installation team was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. It appeared that they performed the process with all the care and technical experience that made me feel very comfortable. Special shout-out to Brandon and his entire team. Again a 5 star rating. My AC broke During a heat wave and they came out within an hour. He was Friendly and professional and showed me the readings from our broken AC part.

I reached out to this company on a Thursday night and I had a new AC installed by Tuesday. What unbelievable service they provided. I had 2 other AC companies come out and provide estimates and Cactus Mechanical blew their quotes out of the water. Do not get a new AC without reaching out to them and save yourself thousands.

They also installed the new system the following day, when everyone else was saying it would take at least a week before they could do it. I called many big names around Phoenix, I am sure you'd know who I am talking about just by seeing their trucks driving around. Neither of them could have anyone come out the same day and I am not going to be able to live in a 90 degree house with three dogs who were miserable and had no idea why they were. After frantically Google'ing AC people in Phoenix I came across these guys who answered the phone right away and said they would have a tech out in about 3 hours. They lied. He was there in about an hour! Took him about 3 minutes on the roof to determine the issue and they needed a part they couldn't get on a Sunday. I emailed them the next morning after a night of barely any sleep and got a response from Danielle immediately saying she was already on the phone with the parts company. When I replied to say thank you the next few minutes she emailed back saying they found the part and are on their way to get it. About 2 hours later they were on my roof fixing the unit, which is now blowing cold air on the disgustingly hot day. Well done, James, Danielle, and Bradly. Excellent and fast work! I will definitely recommend you next time someone says their AC is out and doesn't want to wait days to have someone come take a look!

I nterviewed for a manager position and I had concerns that I brought to BoB Lincoln the owner. I was concerned that he has been in business for 18 years and has failed to grow. I offered solutions and he got offended and said I wasn't a good fit and never told me why.
