Michael is professional and courteous. He asked if it was okay to park where he did. He was not scared by my dogs. My AC unit is on the rook, and he knocked on the door when he completed the check. He went over the results with me. It's a good thing he came out last year, because he was able to spot an intermittent issue. (Last year the AC had an issue cooling down.)

The process from the beginning job estimation through installation was comfortable. No high pressure or constant callbacks. Andy was thorough with the entire process and didn’t try to upsell me. Installation was done in less than 8 hours. Andy followed up with an inspection and air balance. Very satisfied with the process and price.

We are very satisfied with the whole experience. Mike our representative was very thorough and answered all our questions. The installers were on time and got to work right away. They were professional and polite. They left everything as they found it nice and clean. After a week of enjoying our air conditioning an inspector came to see if we needed any adjustments to the air flow in each room. He checked all the work that was done, showed us how to work the thermostat and also made sure the heater will be ready when needed. They are friendly when you call into their office for anything. There will be two maintenance check within the year. The financing is reasonable. I highly recommend Day & Night Air Conditioning and Heating.

James arrived and knew immediately that our drain was plugged causing our air conditioner to leak. He took the time to answer my questions and explain what he was doing. James was also right upfront with the cost for what needed to be done. Additionally, he cleaned up the area and our air conditioner is running smoothly.

I will definitely contact Benefit Air Conditioning to buy a Train ?in the near future. They are a very honest and trustworthy organization. A breath of fresh air when you consider our times. I used REEis for the first time thru SRP's pre-summer check. The tech,Antonio did a very through check according to the SRP's program's listed items. I was happy, and use them for my other house's pre-summer check. The technician seemed very knowledgeable. He also told me that REEis does not use high pressure sales tactics, will not tell you to buy or do something that you don't need. I'll use them again, they seem to be very reliable, and have good skill technician.
