A few years ago I installed 2 high-efficiency HVAC systems in my home with super efficient Merv 16 filters. I purchased the high end filters because I have allergies. What I did not realize though is that they would be kind of expensive to replace and hard to get locally. I found the specific filters that I need for my systems on her Hobaica's website. Even though I am in North Carolina they shipped them to me. I ordered them on Monday and they arrived on Wednesday. The order and tracking information was great. It was just like buying from Amazon. I was able to use a coupon code and even sign up for additional savings by signing up for auto shipping. I will now receive these two filters every six months. One less thing to worry about. I just wish they would drive 2.,000 miles to install them in my attic and crawlspace. I really lika Hobaica!

I purchased a new unit from Gabe and 3 years into it one of the hottest weekends I found myself and my family living in 94 degrees in my house. They were quick to respond but could do nothing to fix it until Trane opened on Monday. My unit has been running non stop since Friday. Not sure how I will pay my enormous electric bill. Plus this was a miserable weekend

Tim was very professional in the service of our A/C system. Unlike other businesses who blamed the age of the unit for its poor performance, he was able to locate the actual cause for the loss of AC, fixed it and brought our unit back to a reasonable performance.

This company is great. I'm a local realtor and have been through many different ac companies in the past. Up until now, I have not found one that I would use again. 99% of all my deals (purchasing or listing) need some sort of HVAC service. This is now my second year using benefit air. I have a 12 year old unit I have had other companies come out and do basic maintenance on over the years. When benefit air came out they identified maintenance issues that have been overlooked and neglected particularly in relation to the power consumption and electrical issues. This had been mentioned to me previously once before by another company but no recommendations or service has been done by them. Benefit air took care of it and my unit has been working great since.
