Sean is the man! not only is he okay with dogs but he was very efficient and explained exactly what was wrong with my system. He was able to fix it and diagnose the issue within 30 minutes or so. The entire process from initially reporting it to fixing it was only a few hours. Love penguin air and they even shot a free text with information on who would be coming by and their background. Super friendly service and highly efficient!

Grayson was professional and answered all my questions. When he learned my HVAC had been not working for 3 days, he pushed hard to get my outdoor fan motor part the next day and came and installed it one day earlier than expected. I am very grateful for the good customer service I received. Also, the office checked and found my unit was still under warranty, and it saved me hundreds of dollars.

If i could give 0 stars or even negative i would. I would never recommend this xompany for any reason and regret 100% that we did. Front office lady Kendra is not personable at all and just kind of rude. When our air handler went out North valley came out and replaced which is what i expected. Everything was fine until i went into the attic and noticed they had completely cut 2 trusses, which if you know anything about construction is a big no no and maybe even illegal. Kirk or kurt whatever the owners name is did come out to fix but never apologized for what happend or showed any empathy. 2 yrs later we had a leak coming from air handler, not that big of a deal, just a clogged line. But after being here for 2 hours they wanted to charge 900$ for a new pan and clear out the line.? I agreed to it because i just wanted it fixed and didnt want more drywall damage. Then the service tech said he couldn't do it all of a sudden. The owner said we would be a liability to a them. So they still charged us 90$ to come out and blow smoke. They left us with a air handler still leaking and told us to call a better company. Worst experience I have ever had with any company. Please dont put yourself through something like this.Definitely did not refuse service. We agreed to the full amount and everything you mentioned. Your tech told us he talked to Kirk and was told you guys could not service. After we said to go ahead and do it. Thanks for all the help though.

We had Sun Devil Heating come out yesterday to give our AC unit a tune up (It was functioning fine) due to recent Haboob. When the technician came out (He was two hours late) he stated we needed a new capacitor for which he quoted us $305.00. I told him I would like to call around to try to get the best price (for which I found the part is $8.00). He stated he recommended doing it right now and was annoyed we wanted to call around. After he finally left our AC unit no longer functioned (it wouldn't even turn on) When we called Sun Devil Heating and cooling they stated it wasn't their fault as the tech stated we needed a new part. (Once again it was functioning perfectly fine before they arrived) After we asked if they could please send someone back out to please fix the problem they clearly created, and they said they would for $250.00. We stated we should not be responsible for paying them anything as they clearly broke (disabled) our unit. They refused and then both the main number as well as the technician hung up on us repeatedly. At this point we want nothing to do with this shady company so we are having another reputable company come out today to fix the problems Sun Devil created. We were forced to get a hotel last night as our house reached temps of over 102 degrees. I have NEVER had such bad customer service or been screwed over by a crooked company like this before

I have purchased several AC units from SG. All my experience with them has been positive. AC is not inexpensive, but I always am getting value for my expense...

Received 2 other bids for new AC/Furnace. Both companies were switching back n forth on equipment recommendations then labor costs. Lost all confidence. I used Mike from Cactus Mechanical a few years back so decided to call him. BEST move I have ever made!!! He is extremely knowledgeable & his recommendations were spot on. Very reasonably & competitively priced. The 4 man crew installed both units (2.5 & 3.5 ton) in under 8 hrs. EXTREMELY pleased with results, equipment & overall company.

Our. Customer service person was Dan .. he was very knowledgeable, professional and personable. He went the extra mile to do the right thing for us in our service today! .. we much appreciated that!

I want to give their team and the owner Frank a big thx’s . My husband and I contacted this company due to some of the reviews , and I‘m actually shocked to see how great the results were. They came out to give me an estimate last Tuesday, then had my ac up and running by Wednesday due to my crazy schedule . (I was so glad they were able to work around that as well). They really took interests in stuff which I thought were the problems , and from there they were able to explain the procedures they were going to do, which I was thankful for because I didn’t want them making adjustments I might’ve not approved . Thx you guys all sm!

AC went out last week-end, and of course, it was a very stressful situation. I had 3 different AC companies come out and each told me the same thing. Just Air had the best finance option and were willing to meet or beat the price of the competition. One company stated that the Just Air price and schedule.would be just cutting corners. I ended up choosing Just Air for the work and they were just awesome. James in the field and Danielle in the office are a great team. I would recommend them to anyone.

Fred, Cesar and Andrew did our install. AZ Perfect system was so accommodating to a current failed HVAC system...they worked with us to find a replacement system and was able to install it the next day. The guys were very professional, informative and got our new units installed and up and running efficiently within the day. Robin, one of the owners, even showed up to check on the progress. Kyle came out today 5/ 7 / 2020 to service my Trane ac unit he was on time , friendly and very professional he was also wearing a mask and gloves' in line with social distancing , he did an excellent job I want to thank him and every one at benefit air conditioning for the outstanding service .

Stephen Baker was professional and knew exactly what to do to take care of the system. Very knowledgeable about his work and it was great service.

They fixed a simple wire and tried to charge me $335

Lincoln Air's crew and staff have all been wonderful. They replaced my entire system with a high efficiency Mitsubishi split system and I'm in love! Dylan, Jose and their crew were the best!
