My experience with Hays was great. Bill called me on the day of my quote to let me know he could make it early if I was available. He was knowledgeable and provided me a few options at different price points and helped me understand the qualities of each system. The install techs were polite and treated my home with respect. And every call I had with the office staff was pleasant. Thx Hays.

I had a leak create a puddle above garage ceiling. Penguin showed up within a couple of hours and quickly found the problem. The backflush hose from my water softener burst during the regen cycle. A second technician showed up. They discussed the problem. They called the office to get an estimate for repair. About 1/2 hour later they gave me a $880.00 estimate. I declined. They were polite and courteous. I did the repair myself. $18.50 for the hose. Twenty mins to run the hose twenty five feet across the attic. My advice - be careful. They apparently charge over $2000 per hour for labor.

I have worked with Danny for nearly 20 years. Danny is the definition of an Old School Plumber. He is thorough and pays attention to the details. Indoors or outdoors he knows his stuff. Rhonda (his wife) manages his office just as well. They are a Perfect example of a successful small business!

This company is great. I'm a local realtor and have been through many different ac companies in the past. Up until now, I have not found one that I would use again. 99% of all my deals (purchasing or listing) need some sort of HVAC service. Cactus was able to schedule a repair with the current owner within the inspection period. Both parties were happy and the deal was not delayed. We were able to close on time with no hiccups. I spoke with a rep at AZ Perfect, she answered the phone at the second ring, she had great attitude, and she was able to scheduled me for service right away. The day of the estimate and installation of A/C unit for my garage. Fred and his team were right on time. Even my wife called me to express her satisfaction. Howard Air did a 44 pt check on both of my AC units. Peter was my tech. He was very personable and professional. He did find a Startup Capacitor that was going bad which added an additional expense to my service, but did keep my system operating correctly and dependably. There was a small issue that neither I or the rep caught initially, but Howard was quick to act on it and sent another service rep the next day to deal with it. I've used Howard Air for several years now, and they do an excellent job.
