This company has been amazing! They came out to inspect the same day we found bugs, and then came out the very next morning to heat and spray. Sean was extremely thorough, and also extremely patient to explain everything to me and answer all of my questions. Sean and his brother Austin were both super friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about their field. Then a week later Sean came for a follow up and spent several hours inspecting every inch of my house to make sure the bugs were completely gone, which they were. Jeff came out to complete a free inspection of my yard and home, and to explain a plan of action for my home’s pest problem. He was patient, professional, and thorough. No charge for the inspection, no pressure to sell the service.

Had a termite infestation in 2014. They did a professional job. Had a small problem a year later.. .they fixed it no charge, no problem.
Received an invoice recently (Sept.) to renew my warranty for another year that would be due mid-October That reminded me I hadn't had a warranty inspection since 2015. Called to schedule an inspection and was told a 'tech' wasn't available until 4 days after my renewal was due,
and could only be done if my warranty was in force. I thought that was
a pretty shady way to make sure I renewed my warranty.

Update: In fairness to the Company, the owner, (after seeing my review), contacted me in person. He explained I should have been told they would extend my current warranty long enough to do the inspection under my current warranty period. He apologized for for the misunderstanding.

We have been using Rid a Bird pest control for over 10 years. We have never had any problem with any type of insects. They are very thorough and informative if you have any questions or concerns. They are very reputable.
