From the beginning Ricardo was awesome. Really honest and upfront about our roofing project. I quoted four other valley roofing and remodeling companies and Graco’s product was the same and their price was really competitive. Went with them and are really happy with the result of the work and the customer service. Day before work was scheduled it rained and our roof finally started leaking, called Ricardo and he came out same day, covered it with a tarp (while it was raining) and he also went into the attic to check it out. Next day work was started and finished in two days. Excellent crew, solid work. Thank you Graco!

Recently, had a roof leak after roofer fixed the roof. The roofer was slow to send a water extraction crew (few days).

AM/PM was on-site in an hour, got everything wet removed, put dehumidifiers and fans in. In few days, it was like it did not happened.

Came out and said there was a leak, added 3.8lbs of 410a for $200 (50$/lb). Said everything was working great now, stopped cooling hours later- came back out and the unit was completely empty somehow (12lbs, -$600). Took apart the unit, bending the back side of the unit in the process because he forgot to remove a screw, pulled the wires from the compressor fan completely through the unit and set the fan against my fence. Found the leak and said it would be a $1900 repair with looking at nothing but the calculator app on his phone. Asked if he could give me a few quotes for new models and he said he would the next day. Screwed the fan back in while i was standing out there watching the whole time and didn't hook the unit back up how it was when he arrived, fan completely disconnected. Seemed disgruntled when i said he needed to put it back how it was when he arrived. That was July 26th and I still have not received any quotes or any callbacks. I would not recommend this company. I had another company come out and they were able to weld and repair the leak for a much more reasonable price, something that was not even an option on the table with Comfort Experts.

Best option restoration did a wonderful job. We had extensive water damage and they came in a cleaned it all up. Everything looks as good as new again. I would recommend them too all my friends and family. They really do go above and beyond.

Air Control is a top notch HVAC and duct business. George, the owner, provides a professional and reliable service with fair pricing (Air Control is one of the few businesses that have great reviews AND lives up to the hype). He really listens to the customer and provides helpful advice that will make the most sense for the issue and the customer’s pocketbook. Air Control did a smaller job for us, but after seeing first hand how they provided great customer service and work, we now trust George and Air Control with all our HVAC and ductwork needs. Very unprofessional organization to work with. They are very poorly managed and do not attempt to follow through on promises or commitments. I strongly urge you to consider other companies as you will be very dissappointed with Weitz.

March 2018 referred by online contractor listing thru USAA. Russ Hermann personally came out and did all the measurements and provided us a quote to build a covered patio on our house. At that time they had good reliable people and they did a great job, all done very professionally and Russ did a final walkthru and touchup. we were very satisfied. The house looked great after the job was done.
2021- Apparently the company has changed and added a partner Mario Rios who is not reliable, does not follow-up on the job and cannot be contacted during or after the job is done. The work that was discussed was not done but prompt payment was expected anyway. I paid them off to get the lien off the house and had to finish the job myself. Mario uses his family to do the work and does not provide guidance to them on what is to be done except by phone. Looks like Russ Hermann is not running the company anymore and the lack of quality on the job and after really shows. I cannot recommend this company anymore.
