Very fast service. I called on Friday night and they were there early Saturday afternoon. Cody put in a new water heater for us. He was fast, courteous and did a good clean install. Will definitely use them again.

Had a new air handler installed. Then that fails. Had a new ac unit installed then that needs a compressor. Had the seasonal maintenance and checkAnd get a clean bull of health… then 48 hours later my heat does not work and is tripping the breaker… and I am told to pay 667 to rewire the thermostat to the air handler.Repair done in March failed by 8/1… now they want to charge me again to rewire the thermostat.

With soaring AZ summer temperatures, my AC unit quit working. I called Expert HVAC, and they responded immediately, sending Rick, a great tech out the same day. He diagnosed the problem, explained it to me, and ordered parts. There was an additional electrical issue, so after that was fixed, Rick and Mike completed the repairs, and I’m cool again.

The y both did a great job, with support from the office staff, Darlene and Noelle. They all would let me know time scheduling, and showed up on time, worked through all the issues.

The tech was INCREDIBLY helpful and informative!!!! They saved me $1200.00! Not only did he explain what they (as techs) were seeing with the cold temps out here but educated me in such a professional and engaging way! After speaking with him about the unit, it sounds like they get tons of continuous training! We had another company come in before them. Larson (the other company) charged $120 service fee (1st choice was less than half). Then the Larson tech told us we needed to do 1 of 2 unnecessary and very expensive services…
1st Choice didn’t try to push anything unnecessary on me and when he didn’t find anything that needed service, he said so.
I am a female and was home alone. The tech James did an amazing job of making me feel comfortable with him in the house. He waiting to be invited any further into the house and to be shown the unit.

Gave me a very low quote to replace roof mounted ac with a Trane. They came when promised and installed the new unit very quickly. There was a problem with the new thermostat (fan ran all the time). I called and they came out the next day to replace it. Young, very personable crew.

Really great service. The technician was extremely helpful and took the time to help with a smart thermostat install even though the groupon was only for an AC tune up. He also replaced some old wiring. I'm so glad I found a company that isn't just trying to sell you a new AC unit (my Trane is 27 years old). Look no further for HVAC service.

Absolutely incredible company. Prompt, informative, and agile. They saw an issue that may arise later in installation, advised how to solve it, than did it. All while staying around the original estimate. Their crew was professional and personable and didn't stop until the job was complete. I had the unfortunate experience of having multiple plumbing problems in the same week. They came out to give me an estimate last Tuesday, then had my ac up and running by Wednesday due to my crazy schedule . (I was so glad they were able to work around that as well). They really took interests in stuff which I thought were the problems , and from there they were able to explain the procedures they were going to do, which I was thankful for because I didn’t want them making adjustments I might’ve not approved . I had been pleased with their service until today. The service call I planned on paying for to see whether our wiring could be updated to be able to use a Google Nest was charged as expected. We declined the rewiring as it would was out of our budget, but they charged another $50 in addition to the original service call price to put stuff back together- literally what it said on the invoice. That's exactly what the service call fee is for which I had planned for and agreed upon, and no further action had been approved. I don't appreciate the nickel and diming.

The plenum fans this company manufactures are superb in several respects. All the bathrooms in my house have a Baikal Mechanical exhaust fan now. I no longer worry about air circulation issues, poor air quality, mold growth, etc. because of these fans. What a great buy!

They guys from Comfort One Air Conditioning came out to tune up our 2 older units. They were on time and very professional.

They discovered one unit was low on coolant and filled it up. The other unit needed a capacitor. They fixed it all and assured me that these 25 year old units would make it through the summer.
