Best Commercial Air Conditioner Repair in Phoenix AZ

I am a home builder from Seattle that just relocated to Phoenix. I had Gabe and his team do an install for me. What a great company! Showed up as planned , install was super clean and the price didnt change. Wish we had contactors like this in Seattle.

Annual inspection

Had a different company out for a general service. Everything was working great at the time. I just wanted to make sure everything was inline for the summer. They gave me a list of about $1500 worth of repairs. I sent them packing. My neighbor told me to call Cactus Mechanical for a second opinion. I'm glad I did. They came out and serviced the unit. The tech was very nice and professional. He found that the unit was working properly and only needed 1 of the 5 parts that the other company said. I am very happy I called them as I might have blindly spent $1500 for parts I didn't need. I ended up spending just a little over $200 for the service and repair. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I am a customer who previously had good experiences with Day & Night. NOT this time. I have a 4-year old heat pump on my house. I made an appointment for seasonal system maintenance. I waited months, because they were booked. When the tech finally came, at the end of the visit, he started in with the sales pitch for their VIP club (in which I have zero interest). I asked him to just email me that information. When I had time to review all the items I received by email, including my invoice, I discovered that NO WORK HAD BEEN DONE AT ALL. No cleaning, nothing. Just inspection. I waited months and paid $79 for some guy to come out and just look at my equipment, which is NOT what I scheduled for, and which is essentially worthless to me. Oh, and I got a two lists of recommended work, one over $1,000 and the other almost $1,300. They wasted my time and took my money, for which I received ZERO value. Taking my business elsewhere.UPDATE: Day & Night requested I reach out to them so they can fix it. I have not contacted them, because subsequent to their visit, I contacted another HVAC company for a seasonal service. After performing the service, their tech told me that everything looks fine, and recommended a seasonal check next spring right before I start using my A/C. I then asked him about the items recommended by Day & Night. His response was that his company (this is a quote) recommends those items only when the customer's equipment really needs them. He went on to clarify that my equipment is fairly new, everything is functioning within normal parameters, and at this time my equipment is not in need of those items.

AWESOME company, owners and employees! My family and I were in desperate need of a brand new a/c unit. We learned that we needed a new unit only a few weeks before the weather was going to get really hot.... I received quotes from big name companies and then I called Just Air LLC. The beginning to end experience was phenomenal. Danelle was so friendly, professional, knowledgeable and attentive with setting up the appointment and answering questions. Even after the new unit was installed, she reached out to me to check in and make sure everything was running smoothly! James and his employees were also friendly, professional, knowledgeable and efficient! And... their prices were extremely reasonable! Excellent service and fantastic prices.... Just Air LLC is the best!

This was an awesome experience. Robin responded immediately to my email inquiry, checked the warranty status, quoted the best price for work to be done, and followed up to find out if I'd made a decision. Then, she responded promptly to my email, ordered the work and the correct parts.
The technician, Terry, was prompt, courteous, efficient and had my furnace up and running in no time. Very impressed with Temperature Pro would highly recommend them!

Kyle was respectful, kept safe distance with mask, and was very knowledgeable about my systems. I believe he did a very thorough maintenance of my equipment.

They actually listen to you (the last repair person did not). They also told us about the best (and most cost effective) AC filters to get - Flanders High air flow filters (from Ace Hardware).

I nterviewed for a manager position and I had concerns that I brought to BoB Lincoln the owner. I was concerned that he has been in business for 18 years and has failed to grow. I offered solutions and he got offended and said I wasn't a good fit and never told me why.

Company was professional, courteous and prompt. I was sent a text with the technician's photo and name, as well as a phone call with a time of arrival. As always, prompt, polite, and professional. Everything was explained as service was done to better insure I understood all aspects of the service.Will be renewing my contract when it's time!

This is a great small business. Everyone is friendly with strong communication skills. I look forward to seeing Jonathon once a year for services (even though I'm writing a check).

My wife and I woke up this morning to a cold house. When I looked out the back window I saw steam coming out of the heat pump. I went outside and the fan wasn't running. I turned the unit off because I remembered someone telling me if it gets too cold the heat pump won't work. Later after it heated up I turned the unit back on but the fan still did not come on. We called Arcadia Air and Jimmy was the name of the tech and he told me that it is true about heat pumps not working if the temperature gets to 30 degrees or below. It was definitely warmer now so Jimmy turned the unit back on and it still didn't come back on. Jimmy opened up the control panel and found a bad capacitor I believe he called it that. He had a replacement on his vehicle and we were back in business. Jimmy was really nice and was quick and friendly and had the part we needed. I would highly recommend Arcadia Air to anyone in need of heat pump a/c or electrical issues! Thanks Jimmy!
