Our technician was Ray and he was fantastic. He was on time, and had a great attitude. It didn’t take him long to figure things out either! It was stressful living in a home that was 98 degrees but Ray was empathetic and made sure we were taken care of. I love that he communicated well and made sure I was comfortable with my service! I called Four Seasons for the first time when my AC unit went down during the summer. They were so pleasant and understanding. They sent Jorge G out that same day and had my AC working in no time. He was so nice and professional. He was able to explain everything to me to where I could understand. Yesterday, I had Chris G out to maintain my unit for the winter and he was also so professional and friendly. I would recommend this company to everyone! I want to compliment Cactus Mechanical, Inc. They were at my home today for about 6 hours to install a new A/C unit. I live in Peoria and the home I am leasing is about 2400 square feet and has 2 units. The original unit had to replaced. The 2nd unit is only 4 years old. The original unit was as old as the home....20 years old. The realty company who handles my lease contracts Cactus, and I am very glad for that. The appointment was for 6:30 this morning. I had a truck there about 15 minutes early. Travis runs the crew and I greeted him. Minutes later 4 or 5 more trucks arrived. The crew was professional and extremely courteous. The attention to detail was impressive. They took care of the home like their own. When leaving, there was no mess at all. All of the crew was friendly. In the future, if I purchase a home, I know the company who will handle my heating and cooling issues. I also met one of the owners. Mark was at my home with his team. I told him personally how satisfied I was with the entire installation process. A great start to my weekend!!!! Great job!!!!

We had our A/C system installation completed today by AZ Perfect Comfort through Fred Russo and his team.

The team that came to do the install wore masks and put down coverings on the floors stairs and other areas they would be accessing in the house.

The installation was done as expected and they were very professional and vacuumed after they were done.

They took their time to test and ensure that the system was running and explain the setup and usage of the digital and WiFi enabled thermostat.

We are very happy with how everything was handled by Fred Russo and his team from start to finish and plan to highly recommend AZ Perfect Comfort to anyone who is considering the installation of a new A/C system.

Repairman Jeff Brost came to my rescue on a sweltering Sunday afternoon. Jeff was honest about the required repair. He got my AC up and running and gave me some pro tips about routine maintenance.

The installation fees were high for warranty work, but that should be no reflection on the service provided.

I moved into this residence 15 months ago. Getting ready for the second summer the a/c unit needed it’s annual maintenance and checkup. I had read about Ace Home Service giving veterans a discount. I set up an appointment. The technician that did the service call was Daniel. He is a professional at his job. He explained everything he was doing and what was wrong with the unit. The unit turned out to be 21 years old and had lots of problems and needed replace. He went over all available units that he could replace it with. Daniel was very honest on all units and did not try to sell us the most expensive one. He has very good customer service. He is a very big asset to your company and you are very lucky to have him as a technician. I do have to make a comment to the people who work in your office. My husband and I have been living with an air conditioner that sounded like a plane taking off and landing whenever it would turn on and off and the sound while it was running was less than quiet. We called THREE reputable HVAC repair companies and they all said there was nothing wrong with the unit. Comfort One (Taps, the owner) was able to make it out the same day we called (the day we had enough and wanted to be in peace). He walked straight in, said what he thought it was, and fixed it all in one day. Professional, trustworthy, excellent service, and we are grateful to live in peace again.
