Travis showed up after he called and said he could be at our house earlier. He arrived 20 minutes later and was 4 hours earlier than we were initially told.

He listened to our concerns and then went into our attic (108 outside) twice to adjust the duct work then went outside and added refrigerant to the system. Quick, friendly service.

Called SG Mechanical in the morning when I felt my AC blowing hot air. Was advised a tech would be out between 2pm-3pm and I called at around 9:15 am. Okay it's hot but at least I can get it looked at today. To my surprise I got a call from Kyle at 9:51 am so like within 40 mins later from my call saying he would be out in 30 mins. AWESOME SAUCE!!!
Kyle was very professional and thorough, he didn't leave until he knew the system was working and I got email receipt and answered all of my questions too; which I had a lot. Great doing business with SG Mechanical and more then impressed with their tech Kyle too.

We hired these folks to conduct maintenance and cut a 40 hole in my business's roof so a crane could fly in an massive exhaust port. I loved their professionalism, hustle, and problem solving so much that I invited them to my home to install a new 3 ton unit. Cameron was polite, offered me options for faucet replacement, and addressed my concerns about the water pressure being too high coming into our home. He suggested we attach a pressure adjuster/monitor to our main water valve… showed me pressure readings before and after.I also appreciated how he provided costs with and without the pressure monitor and said it could be done today or at a later date. This was an unexpected cost, but agreed it needed to be done… Cameron repaired the original faucet and the monitor expertly with minimal effort!Well done

Fred, the sales person was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He came back to temporarily fix the 18 year old unit until it could be replaced. I had 4 estimates that varied by an amazing $5000 difference for the exact same unit and manufacturers. There are numerous people out there that try to take advantage of people BEWARE! The installers were on time, personable and experienced. They also brought a ac unit for 1 room. I highly recommend this company. The entire process(even office staff) made this a better experience than I imagined it would be.

After a crazy week I came home to a house that felt a little hotter than normal. It was a hot day for April 1st in Phoenix but nothing compared to our relentless Summer”s. I checked the thermostat and it read 78, although the Thermostat was set to 74. I checked a few things and realized we needed to call a Pro. We messaged Benefit Air at 1130 PM. Being Friday I wasn’t expecting a response til Monday though hopeful. I got a message first thing on Saturday and our Technician came out at 10 AM a prompt. Juan called in advance to let us know when he would be here, and was the Utmost professional. He communicated the issues, discussed pricing and options as soon as he diagnosed the problem. Juan Made our Air conditioning nightmare an easy fix. He was great. I will always recommend him and his company Benefit Air LLC to friends and family. He even showed me how our disconnect in the attic was hardwired incorrectly and sent me a picture. He went way beyond what I expected. He should get an 11 out of ten if possible.
