They did an outstanding transformation of a small, awkward backyard. They were professional and knowledgeable about each step of the process. Tony Erickson was responsive with all our questions and concerns from the beginning of designing to the completion of the project. The end result was a sophisticated, elegant backyard space that is eminently suited to relaxation as well as entertaining. The lighting is perfection and gives the yard a glow that is enchanting in the evening. It is a beautiful area that is a pleasure ... as was working with Lonestar Landscaping.

I am able to say that my experience with Ground Zero was, much to my surprise and relief, a positive one. I was looking forward to having my back deck done complete with a barbecue and fire pit, but I was not looking forward to the process of getting it done.

I went with Ground Zero because I had a friend of mine who recommended them and was happy with her experience. The owner, Chad, made the process seamless. I was impressed with the final design that Chad created based on the ideas that I gave him. I highly recommend Ground Zero. I will also be using them for improvements on rental properties that I have throughout the Valley.

They did a awesome job did what I wanted and even cleaned up very nice to deal with and great attitudes.They were there to aim to please .I can’t wait till they come again.????

Sales person is very knowledgeable and professional. If only he had an experienced staff to support him. I used them for 6 months, and watched my landscape go from detailed, to a point I had to let them go.

I am most appreciative of their attention to detail and care from my first contact with Clara then with Nathan and to the gentlemen that serviced my dads home- they did a wonderful job and I couldn’t be happier. Go with this company if you want your yard destroyed like they destroyed mine. Tree trimmers went through my yard like a herd of buffalo, damaging plants and just letting big limbs they cut fall on fragile plants. When I confronted them about it the Foreman said: They will grow back. Called company to complain and they send a Manager out. He exclaimed how horrible the damage was and went around taking lots of notes. When he left, he drove off and left his notebook in the front yard! They are a bunch of non-caring screw-ups.

They saved our playground grass! Between the AZ weather changes, and children constantly digging in it, our grass was brittle and dry. After Big Nicks company took over, the grass is back and looks better than ever. Can’t recommend them enough! They do the best job, and have the nicest staff!

Informative, honest and a meticulous attention to detail.. I wouldn’t trust working with any other company from now out. The estimate for my backyard was much lower than other estimates and they even helped me save money on materials! The peace of mind was always being in the known. Communication was outstanding and they stuck to their word every step of the way! My backyard turned out perfect! I can’t wait to complete future projects with Landscaping Authority! Great job!

10/10 would recommend Ivan and his team. His crew was always here on time (usually early) and stayed late to get the project done. They were attentive to detail, executed our plans perfectly, had great communication, and were fair priced. Ivan went above and provided great customer service through the entire process. We can’t wait to hire him again to do more landscaping in the future.

The work they performed at my property was great. They came and were timely and professional. They cut and trimmed my tall Palm trees and the Mulberry tree also. The price for the service was fair and the trees look great. I plan on using them again.

These guys are fantastic!! The best landscape crew I have ever met!! They are so nice, respectful, and most importantly they work fast and do an amazing job. If you want a crew that shows up and gets the job done at fair price this is the number you need to call!! I will be calling them for the rest of my jobs and you should too!!

They did a good job for me. We ran into an obstacle but they made everything right and I'm very pleased.

First they added a drainage system they charged us $9,000 and the drainage system does not work included in that was cutting a drainage canal and that just holds water so that was a very unsuccessful ordeal but they still want their money
Second they said they would replace all of our sprinkler heads for $12,000 then we caught them not replacing them they said oh it was only to be fixed got out on that Catch 22
Third they planted three trees they did not last more than a year only one of them's alive one of them's broke in half and one of them's completely dead but they say they don't warrant you that either even though they agreed to give it to your warranty this is the worst Landscape Company their word is no good there weren't you there no good be very careful
