To Energy shield just to say how satisfied we are with our new window, the work that was done by there workers was so professional and they were so good as far as cleaning up our home after there work. My sliding door was shattered in a break-in on a Saturday morning and this company is the only one that actually responded with a live telephone call and sent one of their awesome techs out to board up the broken panel that same day. The glass panel was replaced in less than two weeks, the service was excellent at all times. Have you ever known service people to clean up ALL of their mess and then some? I would very definitely recommend this company every time!

Saturday after, I had an issue with my landscaper and his weed eater. Rock hit my patio door shedder the out side glass of a double pain door. Called Duarte Glass this morning to get a quote. Priced very reasonable and my door glass was installed today. Juan the glass tech was very professional and personable. Love these guys. Will always call them if the need should arise again. Thank you guys so much.

The owner, Thomas, came out for my initial consultation. He was not very friendly and was late as he didn't listen to my directions and went to the wrong complex. Maybe he didn't really care about my purchase because I only got two windows and one door done? He also did not bring a mask during COVID, and when I gave him one to wear, he wouldn't wear it over his nose.
I got many quotes and ended up going with Red Rock though because of all the good reviews on the product and their pricing. Nate and Cody completed the install today and it went great. They were very professional and hard working. My windows and doors look great, so far!

Back yard sliding patio door 23 years old repaired

We had a sliding glass shower door installed in our hall bath & then a large glass panel in our master bath , all very recently. The installers did a great job, we're really happy with the product and their price was competitive. Very Accommodating & Professional! I would recommend them to anyone!

We have a rental property in Tempe that has a sliding glass door that was over 35 years old. Needless to say, it no longer slid like it used to. When Mr. Garcia gave me a quote that was 1/4 of the price of a different quote I got, I was suspicious. But he said after he was done it would slide like new. So I let him have the job. He is extremely professional and he did everything he said he would. I would definitely use him again....not just because of the price, but because he knows his stuff and performs.

First-rate customer service, led by an awesome owner (Peter) who is about as nice a guy as can be. Cody, one of the installers, was amazing - along Shannon and the other friendly phone staff. They are attentive, detail-oriented, and own their work i.e. they won't stop until you're completely satisfied. They explain things with patience and detail, do not pressure or dismiss questions/concerns, and accommodate to match your needs i.e. house visits, etc. I have referred one of my best friends as he has very high-expectations, and will refer all friends and family needing glass work.
