The team at Four Seasons is awesome! The owners are always available when you need them and have questions, they also extremely knowledgeable within the industry. The Engineer Chris is fantastic, he is extremely knowledgeable and provides excellent customer service as well. I have used their services several times and is pretty much my go to spot when needing anything HVAC related.

Cameron was polite, offered me options for faucet replacement, and addressed my concerns about the water pressure being too high coming into our home. He suggested we attach a pressure adjuster/monitor to our main water valve… showed me pressure readings before and after.I also appreciated how he provided costs with and without the pressure monitor and said it could be done today or at a later date. This was an unexpected cost, but agreed it needed to be done… Cameron repaired the original faucet and the monitor expertly with minimal effort!Well done

I would like to commend Stephen of Howard Air for fixing an Air Conditioning Issue. Stephen was professional and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the issues. He is articulate and demonstrated his expertise. He made sure I understood the issues and told me exactly how he would fix it. I was very impressed with Stephen and would recommend him highly for HVAC repairs. Howard Air is fortunate to have employees like Stephen.

This company is fantastic! They are polite, prompt and are great with communication from the person booking the appointment to the tech coming to your house. I have older ac and heating units and had other companies show up just to sell me on new ones, but Preferred Air has done what they can to work with what I have and they have always charged a fair price.
