Doan Restoration was so helpful to us when we had a flooding last week. They were quick to come about and were so very informative throughout the whole process. This was our first ever flooding in our home so obviously we were frantic but they helped us feel more calm and more positive about the situation being fixed and cleaned up. Our experience with Acuity Builders was the best I have ever had with a contractor. After the hail storm we learned that our roof and air conditioner were damaged and had to be replaced. I called multiple companies and went with Acuity because they were the least expensive but also the quickest to get back to me. Ken Hawk came and talked to my husband and me personally, answering our many questions with patience and professionalism. He walked us through what the insurance process entailed and then took care of everything, including dealing with the insurance directly! The workers he hired were clean, polite and courteous, leaving no mess behind like other roofing companies have done. When a minor problem came up many months after the work was completed I called Ken and he had someone there within a couple of days- problem fixed! Imagine getting this kind of quality workmanship and customer service from the lowest bidder! Companies like this DO exist! I can not recommend Acuity Builders and Construction strongly enough!

what ever chemical was used the smell is still in the house. I have COPD really bad and it is killing me. they need to come back out and redo my whole house

I used Kiwi Service to clean the carpets in the house that we were moving out of. I was really surprised that the carpets looked better than when we had moved in four years earlier. I kept their number and when I decided to get the carpets cleaned at our new home they were the ones I called. The results are great and the prices are very reasonable. I would recommend their services to anyone!

This guy was hired by allstate to check on moisture issues found on a bedroom carpet in my home after a heavy rain..He came in and suggested the claim from allstate to be dropped and advised he could do the work of drying out the area, replace the padding under the carpet and that he would check for the issue causing the leak..
A fan was placed in the area and left overnight..The area was checked the following day and the padding was never replaced and the cause of the damage was never looked into..The charge for using a fan? $300..When he was questioned via email about the work and the charge the entire story of what was going to be done had changed and a breakdown of costs was created in an attempt to justify the $300 charge.
A deceptive and dishonest business that overcharged and didn't do as promised..I would steer clear of this shady businessman..
Allstate was given the information and hopefully, do not use this business for any of their claims issues..

This is the first time I have used Momentum to clean my furniture. I am very happy with the results. They are always very friendly and professional. They kept me updated on their arrival time which I appreciate. The furniture looks terrific and so clean. I've also had Momentum clean my area rugs and they do a great job. I've told you about my day w/ the repair people on Wed...all things repaired and back to working with the first 8 hours of the day..first crew arrived at 9:30 AM....3 guys...brought in a air cleanser..hooked it up and while they cut out the back wall of the closet..part with black mold on it..and the cleanser ran..and they packed up and left..Next came the crew that moved all the stuff out of the way and by cutting on the water, we found the pinhole..yes..no bigger than the head of a pin...in the pipe..no further mold found behind the wall..slightly damp wood...not necessary to replace..and this bunch left..Finally, the plumber showed up..cut on water again so he could locate the hole..by 5 PM..the same day..I had running water..running hot water by 6 PM..and life was good once more...
Then, today the phone rang..was Cary who handled the billing and USAA claims...are you sitting down?? The first good news was USAA had called her and they found a mistake they made with the claim...They found I had more coverage that first thought. Well, I started to fall apart at this kindness...The Servpro company had all these people that worked for them. A BIG SHOUT OUT TO SERVPRO OF NORTH CENTRAL MESA. After 2 failed attempts of getting this taken care of..one phone call to this company and head honcho PAUL FROST..and he caught the ball and ran with it..and his people not only knew how to do the job, but didn't dilly dally around it.
The Servpro company had all these people that worked for them..applied to black mold removal, removing the back wall..half of it..with the mold on it..finding and repairing the leak, cleansing the air of black mold..AND running water? Hot and cold?? Yes, Virginia, there is a God..and He is a mighty God..and yes..there is a Santa Claus too...I am feeling very blessed and amazed how this thing has turned into such a blessing..meeting all these great people...and getting such service from them compared to the nothing the first 2 companies did..and dragged for 4 months..If you ever need hardworking, spot on people who know what and how to do with a situation like water damage..I highly recommend Servpro.of North Central Mesa AZ ...Heck of a story , right?? and now..THE END..

I called three weeks ago after a storm and burst pipes. It took me three weeks just to get on the schedule. Called on the day the appointment was supposed to take place and turns out they told me the wrong date and scheduled it for a day I won't be home (due to family emergency) and now they want to reschedule for who knows when.

I'm sure everything is dry now that they have waited so long, and probably really moldy too. If you are looking for prompt, professional, or organized service, this isn't it. I told them I have to contact my insurance company to see if we can do something else because working with this company had been a complete fail.
