Best Clean Up in Phoenix AZ

They installed a new electrical panel and new breakers. A couple of months ago. One of the breakers went bad and they replaced it quickly. They seemed to understand my concern for my kids not having ac.

Amazingly quick! Efficient! Helpful! Can’t say enough good things about this company. Went out of their way to give me advice on the plan of action with replacing my dryer after they diagnosed it with a bad motor. Gave me advice of what brands to look out for and avoid just to be super nice and helpful. I so appreciate their help and will be calling to hire them for any and all future appliance needs!

Customer service at the next level!!! Called yesterday and they were here the next morning. The lady who called me to set up the appointment was very friendly. Communication was excellent from the e-mail and the text notifying us the technician was on his way. Once Ted arrived he was very polite and explained everything that needed to be done and why. Very satisfied with Clarence and Jacki. We needed recessed lights installed in our home. Jacki handled the appt/scheduling and Clarence came out for both providing estimates and for the actual work. Clarence is very knowledgeable and did a beautiful job!
Their rates are the best compared to many others we checked.
I have more work scheduled with them and they'll definitely be my go-to for any future electrical work.

My Gas Water heater went out and I called a License.Plumber
Contractor & they told me that my gas water heater needed to be Replaced? Which would had been $700.00 or More. My Son told me to get a 2nd Opinion because my gas water heater was only 2 years old.
I called MIRANDA PLUMBING & THE OWNER JESSE CAME OVER TO GIVE ME MY 2 ND OPINION.GUESS WHAT HE STARTED MY HEATER IN LESS THAN 5 MIN.JESSE EXPLAINED TO ME BEING A WOMEN THAT SOME COMPANYS DO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF WOMEN.& IT WAS very Smart of me to Get a 2nd Opinion.
