Sam did a great job on the exterior of my house. The house is 40 years old so the pressure washing washed a little more wood away than was expected, but he did all the wood prep work that was required to get the job done right, and make it look good. He's very professional and accountable, I would definitely recommend his services.

Derek was super - not only professional but I had taken it upon myself to buy paint but it looked completely different once I had it on the wall and Derek showed me why my lighting was affecting my color choices, but it was his demeanor and patience that won me over. I really needed help and was so frustrated and he took over all my painting needs and created a project that, in my mind went from “let’s just get it done!” To “oh my goodness- I never knew that my house could look sooo beautiful!!” So! I really wish I could give this company a higher rating. I don't normally leave critical reveiws. First the good: everyone I interacted with was very friendly. They responded quickly, and came out to give me a detailed quote and proposal. Dean seemed very knowledgeable and explained everything they would need to do to paint my townhome. Their follow up was good and they got me on the schedule relatively quickly. Their price was really reasonable. Overall the paint job looks really good, their were a few minor issues that were resolved and a few that weren't. The problems I had: The job was supposed to take 2 days, but the crew was late both days, and on the first day was unaware of the sccpe of the work and we're not prepared with the products they would need. The proposal said they would cover areas with drop cloth or plastic and even though I moved my patio future and potted plants off the patio (as requested) and as far way from the house as possible there were paint splatters everywhere. I have a vertical garden adjacent to the patio that could not be moved and I specifically asked if they would cover it before painting and they did not. They also spilled paint on my gravel and simply rolled the trash bins over it. Their were paint chips and debris all over, clean up was lacking. The owner was quick to apologize and offered to send a crew manager back out to clean up and correct the remaining issues, but I declined. It didn't seem worth the trouble. So if you're willing to cover anything you don't want paint on and clean up yourself, you can probably save a little money and get a good paint job by going with this company. Friendly and affordable.

Terrific experience with Envision Painting - couldn't have been better!

I had a vacant house that I needed painting to be performed. The issue I have is related to the overall quality of the contractors, and inspection done by the foreman. My overall experience with this company has been one of absolute disappointment.

The painters removed light fixtures, light bulbs, smoke detectors, removing curtains, doors were painted in a way that they are now stuck and unable to move as expected, and left debris on the back patio and throughout the house. I am finding this out after the fact from my property management company.

It’s honestly unprofessional, and I’m now almost out ~$500.00 to get someone to come to my house to clean it up and remove and reinstall items. I had to repeatedly ask for pictures through emails, and when receiving them there were only a few sent over from the painting company that didn’t provide us with a clear view of the work done. I actually had to hire a handyman to come out to my home to take photos, and they sent over albums of photos related to the painting done. This was what I expected from the company that I hired to paint my house while it was vacant, even after repeatedly asking for more photos.

I did not bring up all my complaints with the company itself as I feel it’s a waste of my time, and how can I trust them at this point. I will not be using this company again due to this.

If you use this company in the future, I recommend being there to oversee them rather than them working unattended.
