We have had a contract with HVAC for several years. They are professional, efficient, knowledgeable, responsive and something important to us, they do whatever is necessary to do the job right, but we never feel that they are up-selling us.

We originally used Lincoln Air to install the mini split system in our master bedroom. We we so impressed with their quality and service that we scheduled our annual A/C inspection with them earlier this year. They charged less than our other company and were much more thorough. We now consider Lincoln Air to be our company of choice for ALL of our heating and A/C needs.

They sent a young man out by the name of Tristin. He was on time and very professional. He was able to diagnose the problem and made the necessary repairs. I highly recommend this company.

Previously posted great service on our newly installed Carrier a/c system. That posting stated that one of the two (2) identical units was possessed. They came back today and brought a representative of 'Carrier' to further analyze the problems. His recommendation was to add a heater for the coolant, add a reverse P-trap to stop the coolant in its liquid state so it doesn't return to the compressor, and add a 'hard start' capacitor to assist with start-up. It was also stated that if all of this didn't work 'Howard Air' would completely replace the outside unit. Now my two identical a/c units will be... different. Let's hope this one works. Bruce and Jersey Mike (Howard Air) were great. Jeff, the 'Carrier' type representative was thoroughly knowledgeable and provided the solution(s). Let's hope this fix works.

This is now the 2nd time with a no call no show! There business hours are horrible and they use a worthless answering service that can't do anything. I recommend that you never ever use this company! They will rip you off and never show up!

Our year old ac system stopped cooling so we called for a maintenance visit. Even in this busy season we were given a same day appointment and our Service Pro Chuck W was early. He diagnosed the problem quickly and worked for 6 hrs to rectify the problem even driving to get a temporary part since it was late on a Saturday and wouldn’t be available until Monday. Chuck W was very polite and explained everything clearly as he worked to fix the issue. He went out of his way to make sure the part replacement would be as quick and easy for the next tech as possible. My husband is disabled and currently in the hospital so it was very important to fix the ac before he gets home. George Brazil has always been our preferred company and we always recommend them to everyone.
