This is the second time Day and Night has been out. The first time they came out was when I first moved in fall of 2020. I had a DIY fail and had guests coming that were going to need the guest bathroom. They came out the next day and helped fix the plumbing problem which was simple and sold me the maintenance agreement. Fast forward to almost a year later they called to schedule an appointment with the maintenance agreement. Byron was personable and professional. He did a whole house inspection and there were a couple things he found. I probably didn’t need to get it done today because my home warranty company does cover plumbing issues. Saying that, his honesty and willingness to explain things and answer my questions I decided to do some of the work found today. I’ve had my eye on a Mitsubishi Mini Split for a long time. I wanted one not only as a backup ac unit for our house, but really for our master bedroom which never seems to cool during the summer months. I contacted Lincoln Air who is an authorized Mitsubishi dealer and Dillon came out to our house (wearing a mask, thank you Dillon!!) to give us an estimate. He told us where the best placement would be and what to expect on the day of installation. The crew is all pro, there were no issues with the installation process. It has been two months now and the Mitsubishi Mini Split is a fantastic investment, and we finally have a cool master bedroom. Thanks again!!

Chad was knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, and courteous. He performed my yearly maintenance routine and everything checked out okay and is working properly. Purchased my unit in 2017 and I'm reaping the savings. I used to pay almost $300 for one household in the summer months and my June bill is projected to be $150 this month.Invest in a new unit it's worth the savings!!! I have a 4 ton 15 seer that covers 1486 square feet home.
