This company was very responsive. The owner is nice and professional, and the people who set appointments are very nice. Their price was reasonable and when they finished the work, they took care to clean up after themselves. I would use this company again.

I was having trouble with my A/C and I called Moises. He was very respectful, he came the day after I called, fast and great service.

Kevin was absolutely fantastic! He came out promptly and quickly identified concerns regarding our AC unit. He was extremely thorough with detailing the issues and clear with next steps. He is even replaced our capacitor with ease! Would highly recommend!!

I had a fantastic experience from the start, Ashley is friendly on the phone, very professional and experienced installers kept me informed throughout the process and my account manager was stellar. He is what made me choose Scottsdale Air from all the HVAC companies in the Valley. Dave followed up the day after installation to check that all went smoothly. It was hard news that I needed a new system but this company made it a pleasant experience. I highly recommend them!

Excellent service and Veteran owned. The technician went above and beyond the job. I have a new AC unit but he installed the Nexia wifi thermostat. While installing he identified a major wiring issued left by the previous guys. He fixed the issue, installed the thermostat and everything has been running smoothly ever since. I highly recommend this company and upgrading to the Nexia thermostat.

We had a problem with one of the laundry room exhaust fans, they made the repair and did an awesome job. The guys that came were polite and did a great job making the repair.

Skylar came out to inspect our AC units. Checked all of its functionality. He was very courteous and professional. Explained all of tge functionality and suggested the necessary annual maintenance.

100 per cent recommend Comfort One. We had a challenging HVAC installation with multiple units and they more than exceeded our expectations. Aa pleasure to deal with on every level. For context We are doing quite extensive remodeling on our house and Comfort One is the ONLY company we have dealt with so far that does what they say they will do on time and on budget.

Bought my ACfrom Howard Air in 2004. It’s still going strong. They come do their maintenance every 6 months. Never had a problem.

So I just bought the house 5 months ago and had it inspected there was nothing about exposed wire. When They came to replace the air handler they arrived after I left for work. my lights in the bathroom/closet was working fine. I came home 4 hours later and they stated they that my lights wouldn’t come on in the bathroom/closet where the access point is to my air handler. I asked them what happened they stated they are not sure they went out and fillip some breakers to see if it would come back on. Which it didn’t so I looked around and I couldn’t find anything. So I asked if I can look at there work. I followed the tech in the attic he immediately looked to his left and said we’ll this wire was exposed and I taped it up so nobody would get shocked. And he also stated that had to move some wires out of the way to get the air handler out and the new one in. So they are not taking any responsibility for there mistake they made and on top of that they me to get an electrician to repair a problem that wasn’t there until they got there. I will never return business with this company or recommend them to anyone. This was the 5th attempt to fix a problem with my ac. And it’s still not fixed

AC wasn’t cooling enough so I thought I’d have it checked out by a professional. Service tech arrived on time and on a Sunday which was good. He seemed experienced and I was told the unit was too old and needs replacing soon. I think that was a fair assessment given the unit is 21 years old. Tech wanted me to commit to a Monday appointment and said they could have the entire HVAC system exchanged Tuesday. I rent this home out as a short-term lease and I had guests arriving the Wednesday morning and all this work on a Tuesday was too risky. I’d rather inform the guests right away so they can cancel ahead of time and find another property. When I didn’t commit to the Monday appointment, I noticed the tech was irritated and was noticeable unfriendly after that point. I am not happy with that and will not have a new system by this company.

This is my yearly checkup for ac. Can't say enough about this company. They do what they promise. A/C is checked for the season and I have them to thank for a cool summer. Thank you.
My trustworthy AC guy-John from Chill Factor retired. John referred me to Preferred Air. I made an appointment to have my AC unit checked for the summer. Fernando was on time and very professional. They inspected and cleaned the unit. I was shown pictures of my unit. The charge was reasonable and all done electronically . I hope to use them for many years in the future. Thanks Preferred Air! I am ready for the summer. See you in the fall for a heating check. Had my heat checked for this cold winter. Great service, normal wear and tear. Now to get ready for the blazing hot summer.

I cannot say enough good things about Comfort Experts. We came home from a vacation to find the AC really struggling to cool the house. Of course this was also the hottest week of the summer so far. AC was running continuously and would not cool below 82 degrees. Ryan answered my call late in the evening and we made an appointment for the next morning. Ryan was on time and really efficient. We found a restriction in the coils preventing the unit from operating efficiently. We could have tried to limp the system along but, as the unit was 27 years old, it really was a matter of time before we were going to need to replace it. Ryan put together a quote for a new system and it was very reasonable. Within 48 hours we had a new system in place and up and running. His crew that did the install work was professional, clean, and very patient to explain everything they were doing and why. The quality of their work combined with their level of customer service makes this a top tier company to work with and has earned them a customer for life. I highly recommend you call Ryan and his team for all of your HVAC needs.

I heard about Howard Air a couple years prior to needing a new unit from others that had great experience. My unit is now two years old and I just had my last of four scheduled maintenance included in my purchase. I’ve had the best experience these past two years than I had in my previous eight years with another company. I’m serious go to their showroom and the folks there will show you everything they offer and are friendly about it when they do.
