Best Central Heating in Phoenix AZ

I have been working with Expert HVAC for about 4 years. During that time they have not only done a quality job keeping my equipment running but have done so at a very reasonable price. I bought an old commercial building with 5 AC units all of which were old. I expected to have to replace them all but they have kept 4 out of 5 in good working order and we have only replaced one. They have all lived well past their useful life expectancy. I highly recommend them.

Promise was amazing. I knew I needed to replace my AC system. I got several quotes. Promise asked the most questions, clearly made that extra effort to understand our needs, they explained their bid very thoroughly. Were fair and competitive in their bid. We chose them because you’re not just buying an AC, it’s years of service, it’s who do you trust to show up and take care of you?
On the install day they were on time, in uniform, everyone was clean, courteous, professional, and The whole thing went very well, smoothly, and they cleaned up after themselves. We are super happy with them, great team, great value, great people. Solid equipment with great warranty. Friendly and fair. What else can you ask for?

Adam was very knowledgeable in providing a quote to us. He was super friendly and even gave our 3 year old some Goettle flashlights! Although the quote was significantly higher than others, Adam was nice.

Jared came out and gave my a/c system a tune-up. He was very friendly, professional and was here on time. At one point he found a part that needed replacing, drove back to get another part, and didn't charge me extra. I can highly recommend this company.

My A/C went out last night after business hours, called the office and left message figuring I would have to call back in the morning when office was open - 10 minutes after leaving message, I received a call back from AZ PerfectComfort from a very friendly and helpful dispatcher (sorry, I didn't catch her name) & she got me scheduled for 1st thing in the morning. James, my technician showed up on time and had my system up and running quickly! Very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and punctual! Repairman Jeff Brost came to my rescue on a sweltering Sunday afternoon. Jeff was honest about the required repair. He got my AC up and running and gave me some pro tips about routine maintenance.

The installation fees were high for warranty work, but that should be no reflection on the service provided.

Overall, I'd recommend this company for honest service.

The ACE technician, Javier Cruz goes up and beyond to take care of his customers day or night. Ace listens to their customers concerns and work hard at maintaining and servicing our expensive units. Taps Ojalehto came out today to service my AC Fan Motor which was getting ancient and smelled a little hot. He did great service, Price was in line, and very professional. I'd have him back in a heart beat, and wanted to take the time to give a good guy, *****5 STARS !!

Lee Collins AC replaced our HVAC system, which included bringing in a crane to lift the old equipment off the roof of a 2 story condo and lifting the new equipment onto the roof. Everything went as proposed including the timely arrival of the crane, the quality work of the staff and the final bill. Our experience with all staff - estimator, office staff and the installation crew - was outstanding at a very competitive price! The Lee Collins estimator even returned after the installation to assure the work was completed to our satisfaction. I recommend this company without hesitation!
