Best Central Cooling in Phoenix AZ

I have been using this fine company for the past 5 years (at least). The technicians are always well trained and equipped for the work at hand. Their pricing has always been very competitive and the quality of the work is top notch. I have 3 A/C units on the roof and their preventative service plan adds peace of mind. I feel strongly about this locally owned company and recommend them to neighbors and friends, always with happy outcomes.

The customer service the lady in the office Mariana has is just the best! she was able to answer all my questions and explain to me everything that needed to be done to my ac unit and show me the diff cost of all the things.

People seem to assume because it has the word Scottsdale in it it means more expensive. That was not the case for me. I got numerous quotes to install a new combo unit on my roof, and Scottsdale Air not only had the best price overall, but they were installing higher quality brands than their competition. It was a no brainer. Plus they handled the rebate paperwork.

We had our A/C system installation completed today by AZ Perfect Comfort through Fred Russo and his team.

The team that came to do the install wore masks and put down coverings on the floors stairs and other areas they would be accessing in the house.

The installation was done as expected and they were very professional and vacuumed after they were done.

They took their time to test and ensure that the system was running and explain the setup and usage of the digital and WiFi enabled thermostat.

We are very happy with how everything was handled by Fred Russo and his team from start to finish and plan to highly recommend AZ Perfect Comfort to anyone who is considering the installation of a new A/C system.

The motor to the AC went out in my AC unit. I was quoted $2,000 to replace this these gentlemen had come on out on a holiday for me the first time last year they did repairs on the outside part of my AC unit. It was great so that's why I recalled them. They still did great work when they came out and so they end up coming out the next day because it wasn't working everything checked out except for the thermostat they replaced the thermostat and they came first thing in the morning I mean these guys are just awesome. They believe in doing more and beyond and excellent job they have caring they do listen to their customers and they actually have feelings guys I mean these guys are just awesome. If you knew who I was it takes an awful lot for me to write a review or say compliments about a business. These people have fair prices and they do what they actually say they're going to do I was so happy and so relieved I actually even gave him a hug which I don't do I don't feel like thankful words are good enough they are they are they go beyond they are great people.Cheryl

They were very efficient and wonderful to work with. They were honest with what they found and had our leak repaired in under 2 hours. Our house went from 79 degrees to 75 degrees in 30 mins. Would 100% recommend them to anyone!!

Preferred Air was fantastic. I have had three other companies come out and all of them either recommended whole unit replacements or guesses at what was wrong and never followed up. Preferred Air was able to diagnose the issues and explain our options. They were on time and professional, the front office was great too. Craig and his team were the hvac techs which came out. During the hottest day of the year I called several AC companies to service of AC unit, everyone had weeks wait. I called Aguilar services, they understood the urgency and came out the next day in morning. Very professional, they got our unit running in no time.
Secondly, the owner was very professional and gave us correct advice on leak check. Highly recommend them, reasonably priced and owners come out themselves. :))
