This company replaced the AC in my wife's house and all was good until she decided to sell her house. The home inspector found where they had just cut out a piece of the truss on one end and ripped out the other end to get the air handler in. She fought with them to get it repaired. They quit returning calls until she threatened to report them to the ROC. Once they got the message they finally responded. She was afraid the pending buyer was going to back out wanted it fixed to code. NEVER again with Goettel.

Super friendly, polite and professional. We accidentally filled out a check wrong, they came back real quick and completely awesome about it. Will use again, especially for the maintenance

Steven from Day & Night was terrific! The whole company is professional and has great communication. We have used them for years. Stephanie in the office helped me set up a time window that was convenient for me. They texted the night before to remind me and confirm my appointment for the next day. On the day of my appointment, Steven, my technician, called an hour ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived at my home, he was professionally dressed in a clearly marked Day & Night uniform (I’d also been texted his picture before he arrived). He kept me apprised of every step of the repair and got my approval for additional repairs. It was a very good experience and I highly recommend Day & Night!

Justin has been servicing both my AC & heater for a year. He is absolutely fabulous! He is on time, excellent with repairs & maintenance, polite..I couldn't ask for more, except I do request him to always be my service technician. After looking up specifications online, the Mitsubishi system is hands down the leader and workhorse in the field, and Lincoln Heating and Air are the folks you should be calling to get yours installed. Polite, professional, and experts in their field. Karrissa is the first and last one you'll talk to here in Phoenix, and she's the orchestrator from start to finish. Dylan came out to the house to look over the space to cool, temperature expectations, and discuss equipment specifications. Max, with Rod Electric came over and ran the 220v power like it was child's play. Jose and his crew followed right behind Max, and installed the system as though it were their own house. Careful, clean, and detail oriented. Everyone we spoke to and worked with, from start to finish, was professional, polite, and experts in their field. Again, thank you Lincoln Heating and Air. We'll be talking to you again soon when we're ready to install our evaporative system in our house.

Stuart Myers quickly came out to replace a broken thermostat. Very efficient, professional and pleasant to work with.

After several attempts to fix our problem by another Co. Comfort One took care of all our repairs in short order. Great job!!

So I just bought the house 5 months ago and had it inspected there was nothing about exposed wire. When They came to replace the air handler they arrived after I left for work. my lights in the bathroom/closet was working fine. I came home 4 hours later and they stated they that my lights wouldn’t come on in the bathroom/closet where the access point is to my air handler. I asked them what happened they stated they are not sure they went out and fillip some breakers to see if it would come back on. Which it didn’t so I looked around and I couldn’t find anything. So I asked if I can look at there work. I followed the tech in the attic he immediately looked to his left and said we’ll this wire was exposed and I taped it up so nobody would get shocked. And he also stated that had to move some wires out of the way to get the air handler out and the new one in. So they are not taking any responsibility for there mistake they made and on top of that they me to get an electrician to repair a problem that wasn’t there until they got there. I will never return business with this company or recommend them to anyone. This was the 5th attempt to fix a problem with my ac. And it’s still not fixed

Andrew H was very professional, sitting us videos of the problem and what he did to fix our air conditioner. He was friendly and considerate and explained everything to our satisfaction. He is a credit to the company by. He builds report easily and engenders confidence.

They are amazing and go out of their way to help people. Today the heater went out within my fathers house, when I called this company I spoke with someone who truly cared and due to the circumstances went above and beyond to make sure someone was at my dads house within an hour. Long story short my father is a quadriplegic and depends on the ability to control heat and AC to regulate his body temperature. Without the heater working in winter he runs a high risk of getting pneumonia or other sicknesses. as I explained this to them they showed great concern and compassion to help my father, within an hour we had a repair man at my fathers house to fix his heater. Long story short turns out the nest thermostat was not working and needed to be replaced. Not only did they show up within an amazing timely manner the repairman took the time to reconnect the thermostat for my father and to help set up his voice control.
