Best Central Air Conditioning in Phoenix AZ

Expert HVAC was referred to me, about 6 years ago. They kept our old clunker Goodman running for outstanding low prices, and awesome service. I referred them to my sister for her new HVAC unit. She was so happy about the quality, price, and no forced upsell. Needless to say, when my Goodman that came with the house gave up the ghost after 15 years, it was a no brainer for Expert HVAC to completely replace my system. Rick is our guy for our Surprise home. Also the fact that the office folks take care of ALL the little stuff afterwards. Filling out all of the warranty paperwork with TRANE, and keeping my appointments for me for regular maintenance to keep the warranty valid. Nice extra touch that I have not read about in these reviews.

I had a great experience with Promise. I liked the fact that they are bilingual (Spanish) Jesus was professional and provided great costumer service.

John sorted out the cooling issues I was having and increased the cooling power. It took him some hours but he was persistent and dedicated to getting me the best cooling possible. I was very impressed, as too often people would just finish up saying 'somewhat of an improvement' and not go the extra mile.

The guys did a beautiful and thorough installation of complete Heating/AC system. I recommend highly.

AZ Perfect Comfort was the most helpful company I have gone through! They were efficient and just amazing individuals! Our AC went out and they were able to come to replace it with a new one the next day. Everyone one I spoke with was very friendly and helpful. And our AC unit is way better than the one we had! Lincoln put in a new HVAC unit for us a few years ago (saved us a bunch!) We just had them back out for a maintenance. As always, they are on time, knowledgeable and professional. Gabe was actually early, but their technicians text you so you know they're on the way. He was professional, conscientious of my cat who likes to run out, answered our questions, and showed me how to hose out the unit so I can keep it from getting so dirty. We always have a great experience with Lincoln Air.

I had posted the review earlier in the day. Few hours later, I received a call from the Service Manager, Mr Eduardo Marquez. He was kind and understood the problem and frustration my tenant and I had to face.The company did send another tech who fixed the issue and also promised to refund the charges.In all, the company had fast service and a good resolution team. Thank you Mr Eduardo for resolving the matter.

This company is a real gem in the industry. They are very responsive, explain everything you need and want to know, went over the options, and got the job done! They replaced two aging heat pump a/c rooftop units, and were flexible enough to work with the roofer to do what was needed to seal underneath before completion. The price was very fair and competitive, and everyone of their staff was pleasant and professional. I highly recommend them!

Yogi is one of the most respectful, honest contractors I've ever met. He let you know what he's doing and why he is doing it. Takes pictures before and after. If he feels you need something extra, he explains why. He's very clean doesn't leave nothing behind. If you need any kind of air conditioning work I highly recommend Yogi.

Fast efficient and fair with pricing.

It seems rare these days to find a company with excellent customer service. Lee Collins has that and more. Good communication, courteous employees, show up when scheduled, don't give you the hard sell. Work is efficient and so far everything working quite well. Highly recommend.

I purchased a new AC from G Brazil aprox 7 years ago. The unit is great. The service checks are wonderful piece of mind. I have had numerous techs come to my house, but in the last 2 years I keep asking for Harlan F. He is professional, efficient and always goes above and beyond. He never tries to sell me anything, he always cleans the unit and he is happy to rescue golf balls that have landed on the roof. I stay with G. Brazil b/c of Harlan.

This is the second time that I have used Preferred Air. From the person answering the phone and getting it scheduled to Daniel the technicial that came to my house were friendly, professional, clear in their communicaition and fast to respond.

Howard Air and technician, David Smith, exceeded my expectations of professionalism. Everyone from the scheduling department to the service technician gave me ample time to explain my issue, and clearly explained their process The technician came on time, and performed a thorough inspection, gave a written report, took the time to explain everything to me and was neat and tidy. It sounds too good to be true but I was there! It’s true! I recommend Howard Air, 100%.

I set up an appointment to have my A/C serviced before summer. Very pleasant experience with Mr Aguilar and his son. They arrived on time, did what they promised. I was looking for a company that I could trust and do business with in the future. I may have found that company!
