Jesús showed up in the window of time provided. He was friendly & expedient and got the system back on line within the hour. Did a full inspection and summer maintenance before leaving. Very pleased & fully recommend supporting this local family owned company.

My 3 years old (still under warranty) water heater was not working so I called them to take a look and fix it. Scheduling was for the following day. The technician arrived and said it would take a while to diagnose so I went on with my work and let him do the diagnose. After approx 1 hour, the tech told me that it would take around 3 hours of labor to fix it and the parts were under warranty, and quoted me around $1300 for 3 hours of labor. But, that was just a tactic because he was trying to sell me a new water heater for around the same price! Instead if trying to fix my water heater they tried to sell me a new one and if I didn't want one I had to pay a $89 evaluation fee. Funny how I was told that they don't really do small repairs(like mine) but they usually focus on replacing not fixing. I wish I would have been told that before scheduling the appointment. Anyways, I don't think that the technician did much to evaluate my water heater because almost half of the time he was in the van talking on the phone, and his testing / tool kit was never open when I was going to check on him(at least 3 times in 1 hour). I think they tried to sell me a new unit and since I didn't want to, I got charged $89 just to be told they don't do small repairs.
If you are in a need of a small repair, be sure to avoid them and find someone else.

The team at Four Seasons is awesome! The owners are always available when you need them and have questions, they also extremely knowledgeable within the industry. The Engineer Chris is fantastic, he is extremely knowledgeable and provides excellent customer service as well. I have used their services several times and is pretty much my go to spot when needing anything HVAC related.

I had a customer their toilet shut off valve failed day and night Plumbing came out within 2 hours gave an honest estimate got my customers water back onto the home and everybody's happy all the way around. Very fast and efficient service. Came out the next day after I called to get my AC checked for noise and check my heating unit for winter. Came earlier than the time slot. Technician very friendly and knew what he was doing. Was very clear in explaining everything that he did. Highly recommended

Everyone at AZ Perfect Comfort, from the first phone call to installation, was customer service oriented, responsive and professional. I had an AC issue a few months ago and Matt was great to work with. I'm actually writing this review because I have to get more AC work done on another property and will reahd out to Lee Collins and requested Matt again!!

We recently scheduled an appointment to have out heating system inspected in anticipation of finally getting some cooler weather. Our GB Tech Marco, called in advanced and arrived on time. He was very professional yet friendly and I believed enjoyed explaining what he was going to do, why he was doing it and the what he found. Fortunately everything was in good shape and he complimented us on our regularly changing air filters etc. When we schedule our maintenance/inspection of our AC system in the Spring.we will be inviting that they send Marco again for this appointment.

Very fast response ! Called in at about 7 am and daniel was able to come diagnose our AC unit just a couple of hours later.
Also took time to clean the ac unit coils.

Hired Comfort Experts to do an air quality analysis when our son started experiencing allergy symptoms. These guys put together a package to improve the air quality in our home and it has made a HUGE difference. They also explained to us what we can do on our own to help keep things under control. Comfort Control is now our go-to for everything HVAC. Great job!

We would have given a higher rating for actual work. Frustrated that when office called to find out how much because our son was going to provide check, we were told $258. Then when tech came, he said that amount only covers one- either AC or Heat. I'm glad we ended up being home so we could say we just want one done because check already written.

There isn't enough room for me to say how much I think of this company. They had kept my old units limping along for years. Finally it was time to replace both, and I did not shop around at all. There was no question who would do the work. Conscientious and trustworthy is the best way to describe Aguilar A/C & Heating.
