Best Business Maintenance in Phoenix AZ

Carter Wilkinson for A.P.E.S. came to my apartment to do some HVAC maintenance. He was super professional, polite and timely. Best of all, his work was flawless and he cleaned up well. I would definitely hire him again and I hope whoever is reading this will be swayed to do the same.

This review is overdue. We've relied on Sav-On Plumbing for repairs and upgrades for a couple of years. Their customer service is always outstanding. They are easy to schedule, show up promptly, and consistently do an excellent job. I highly recommend them.

I have been a Hobaica customer for many years, first with a new a/c system installation and subsequently with their twice yearly maintenance contract. I have found them to be reliable and honest in their dealings.
For the past several years, my regular technician has been Tom, who is always on time, courteous and helpful However, last week he went way above and beyond helpful by cleaning leaves and debris out of my gutters while he was on the roof servicing the a/c unit. This is by no means within his job responsible;otoes bit he cheerfully took care of it, and while it may have been no big deal to him, it was very much appreciated by me.

This is the best of the best AC company in Arizona. Thank you all so very much, they stand by their excellent work preformence. I will recommend every person I know to this outstanding family business. Thanks again ?It's hot in here now

Scottsdale Air Heating and Cooling are the best! Our residence had a semi-urgent problem that required immediate attention and Scottsdale Air responded quickly. They assessed the situation, corrected the problem, and were so pleasant and attentive; their service was exceptional!

Had an absolute great experience with AZ Perfect Comfort. I was nervous because we were in a bind and needed someone quickly, but they were a pleasure to work with from the beginning. So much so, that we decided to sign up for their program to come twice a year. I will definitely be recommending them to everyone who needs AC help!

As if their name and logo weren't awesome enough! These guys are ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!! They came to my home today to conduct an audit/inspection for SRP (yes, they were vetted by SRP and APS) and they were just out of this world! (See what I did there?) Not only did they move their schedule around to accomodate me, they showed up on time, with huge smiles on their faces (THANK YOU ROBERT AND CHRIS!) and came with a humongous wealth of knowledge. I know absolutely NOTHING about energy efficiency, HVAC units, insultation, duct work/returns... ad infinitum... They explained EVERYTHING in a way I could understand, and then were kind enough to wait around for my fella to get home so they could explain everything to him as well when I said, I know I am going to screw up everything you are saying... They are just kind, honest and hardworking and I could not be more grateful! I will always and forever use them for all of my AC/duct work/energy efficiency quests and I will always refer them to my friends and family. Finding honest, hardworking, affordable companies in this day and age is usually an exercise in futility. Especially in the home repair arena. We have discovered finding honest repair men is TOUGH. I hope this review helps those that are in our position, wherein everything in the home we bought last November needs fixed/repaired/replaced. Robert came out to the house to fix a dripping faucet I had failed to master. He analyzed the problem, repaired the faucet quickly and efficiently, and left everything clean and tidy. Not a drop leaked since then - the faucet is as dry as a bone!

Had a fuse go. They were quick to come out and replace it. Very much appreciated.

Jonathan is fantastic. He did a great job replacing evaporator coil. AC works like a charm.

I called Parker & Sons on a Wednesday, and they had someone at my house the next morning to do the install. The tech was on time, professional and friendly. As he found issues with anything, he came and communicated with me in detail, answering all my questions, then with permission, he completed the repairs needed. He made sure he did everything correctly and educated me on a number of other items as he told me about the toilet installs. Upon leaving he made sure to answer all questions, and advised he would put his number on my receipt, in the event I have any follow up questions or issues. Absolutely wonderful experience from my first contact with their office to the end. I highly recommend Parker & Sons!

Goliath Mechanical did an amazing job, and their customer service was fantastic. They were genuine and dependable, and I would recommend them to all my friends!

Where do I start? I’m 7 months prego with a 2yr old at home. The ac stopped worked Monday morning. I called the home warranty and they sent the work order to Shane. I called him directly to find out what his schedule looked like and he advised 2-3 days. Honestly, 2-3 days in mid July Arizona heat, is not bad for turn around time. He called me back later the same day and said he had time to come out now to take a look at the unit. Thanks to Shane, my family was only with out ac for a few hours. He repaired the unit same day and offered his professional opinion on the future of the unit….it’s original to the house that was build is 83. I will be calling Shane for future maintenance and unit replacement. I am very grateful to his customer service and knowledge.
