We had some trim tiles replaced on our roof after some bad weather had taken them off. Ky-Ko was easy to work with. The staff was friendly and pleasant over the phone, the initial roof check was free and they had somebody over to fix our roof within a week. Oscar L. was professional and informed me of everything he was doing and what the process would be. He made sure it all looked good and left me some extra tiles just in case. It was very quick over-all process! I would recommend!

Mikku and Sons did our roof in 2018 and it leaked within 6 months causing water damage to our ceiling drywall. We let them know, and they sent out on of their personnel who said he couldn’t see a leak or any issues, and they would not cover costs for the damage inside. We called again and asked them to send someone else. He found the issue and fixed it by caulking a couple different locations. He also said their warranty and guarantee does not cover any interior damage. What good is a warranty if their poor workmanship causes water damage inside your house? Issue is still not resolved.

Almeida Roofing is an excellent company. They came highly recommended from people we know who used them for their roof. They definitely lived up to the reputation that proceeded them. I was given a thorough, professional and free inspection immediately after request. An honest and straightforward estimate came from that. It covered all aspects of the job and was also economical. I subsequently accepted their quote and they went right to work. They completed the job on time and to my complete satisfaction. He walked me through the whole process and helped talk to the insurance company to make sure they were aware the roof had to be replaced because it couldn’t be repaired. Sean at PCC Roofing was the first of three estimates I was going to consider for a new roof. First off, was on time. Second off, drove an American brand truck. My initial contact with Sean could not have gone better. When we parted ways I had a good feeling I was going to use him and told him so. He had the estimate to me in the time promised. In the meantime, the second estimate came by. Was a total dog and pony show and when both estimates were compared, Sean's was significantly better and about what I had originally expected. With that being said, I cancelled the third estimate and hired him. The work was done as promised and done in a shorter time than he anticipated. All in all nothing short of a remarkable experience. I have friends in the construction business that have been over and complimented the workmanship and finished product. Other contractors as well.

We are currently in the process of buying a new home. I asked Sean to come over and evaluate the new house and compare to what the inspector and a another roofing contractor stated and he was there within hours. The house will need some work done to the roof and when we proceed we will no doubt be using Sean and his crew.

This company had been nothing but issues ive work for this company almost three months.
Today is the friday the 6 2019 and have been off for four days.i have called the company called my superviser to see whats going on.I have left many messages for the company to call and got nothing.im very disgruntled about this situation and whats going on.company sucks.
