Best All Heating Repair in Phoenix AZ

Sent a request for service on a Sunday, was contacted to set up an appointment that day. Set the appointment for Monday morning between 8-10 am. Got a text at 7:18 saying my tech was getting ready and would arrive within the hour or less. Daquon arrived at 7:34. He listened to my concerns, explained what he would need to do, to include the what ifs, gave me a quote and then completed the job. Once completed he walked me through what he had done, showed me before pictures so I could see what he removed and what was replaced. Cleaned up everything and even painted the plumbing to match the house. Thank you for a job well done.

I signed up for Hobaica's free home inspection for electrical and plumbing for my Mom's park model in ViewPoint Resort. Ian was on time, efficient and very personable. He found one of our hot water tanks was leaking and confirmed what I had called about, replacing an outdoor electrical outlet and fixing the light switch in our shed. We received a quote and were scheduled in a few days to have the work done.

Ian and Arron were a great team to watch. They worked first to drain and remove the old hot water tank and connections, then installed the new tank with all new connections, including a connection to drain the tank (if necessary in the future). I was also happy to have the outdoor electrical outlet and light switch in the shed fixed. That evening the porch lamp came on with the timer and I had the first shower from the new hot water tank. I really have thank Moses for helping to repair my A/C system after dealing with the sweltering heat for so long. I really appreciate there quick service after others said it would take a few days to get out there. I would definitely say it was worth the price.

Recommended by my in-laws after a bad experience with another company (Mr. Rooter). This was a assumed that be a simple repair (replacement of a bathtub spout/diverter because the shower was not working). Mr. Rooter claimed that the shower valve needed replaced ($800), but before that could happen, a water filtration system/soft water loop needed to be installed in order to rid the plumbing lines of the calcium scale build-up ($2000) which without would render the replacement valve useless.The Day and Night technician was on-time, professional and diagnosed the true root issue immediately. He determined and proved that all that needed to be done was replacing the bathtub spout/diverter assembly in order to restore shower function. He even went to Home Depot to get the right assembly! From start-to-finish, the whole job took about an hour (including Home Depot time) and the shower works like a charm. The repair cost was extremely reasonable, especially considering what the other guys were trying to soak me for! I collected many bids for replacing the A/C heat pump package for my home.  I found Francisco Marquez of King Mechanical to be the most competitive.  I don't usually take the lowest bid, but  when he came out to my home I felt more comfortable with him than any other vendor.  There was no pushiness.  He was very informative.  I purchased a nest thermostat and he installed it when he installed my A/C system.  He even taught me how to use this high tech stuff, and didn't ask to get paid for that.  Very clean work, and very professional.  His price was all inclusive, and there were no hidden fees.
Even though his business is relatively new, he advised me he has worked many years in this profession.  I got a good review from the board of registered contractors when I called to inquire about his company.

My AC went out last week and needed to be replaced. It was 110 out and AZ Perfect Comfort was able to replace it in 2 days where everyone else was at least a week. Excellent customer service and workmanship. I highly recommend.

Our AC went out on a Friday evening in Phoenix in July and they were quick to come out Saturday morning. The unit was old and needed to be replaced, using a crane, and they replaced it by Thursday. The guys were professional and courteous. AC works great. They are also prompt and courteous when they come out to do regular maintenance. Definitely recommend Lincoln Air.

Alberto was very respectful and professional, he made sure that my homes pipes we looked at fully by calling a camera. I was able too see for my self how much gunk has built up, and he made an appointment for them to be cleaned. He made a home owners inconvenient moment an easy process to be fixed.

Rose is as friendly as they come! Super passionate about providing a service for her customers. She cares about people and enjoys making them happy to be George Brazil customers. Calvin and Jason were very courteous and friendly. They worked quickly and efficiently to get the old AC unit of the roof and the new one up and running. The were sure teach me how to use the new hi-tech thermostat and answered all of my questions. All of the employees that came to the house were careful not to bring in dirt and grime from outside, they were professional and seemed to really enjoy their work. I would not hesitate to work with them again or to refer them to friends!
