Nixa was responsive and very informative, above and beyond. Took the time to explain what part was necessary and called the warehouse to find the part (which is on back order). She called right back to discuss options. I received email with multiple bids and all the pictures she promised. Will be using them again soon!

They are fabulous. One of our AC units stopped working and they sent out a service person within a few hours of my call. Their service person, Fabian Carbajal, was very professional. He diagnosed the problem, explained well what needed to be done, and replaced the defective motor quickly. I thought we had a leak in our AC pipes. They came out within 3 hours of me calling them. The tech was pleasant and knowledgeable. He figured out it was not my AC leaking but my Fire Sprinkler. I even called back later in the day to ask what color the leaking pipe was and got a very timely and kind response. I highly recommend Howard Air!

Not worth one star. Be warned they are very unpleasant and unprofessional. Never ever on time. Said they'd be out here same day and for 2 weeks continously rescheded. Finally said forget it not worth it. They don't respond to messages nor callbacks. Never ever use them. Unfortunately family swears by them. But absolutely not worth it. I'll stick with George Brazil who are attentive and will come within the time frame.

We have brand new Nest thermostats that were extremely difficult to set up. I called Goliath Mechanical because we have a Service Agreement with them. They were prompt, on point , and supportive in getting the settings just right for us. This was the best air conditioning team in all of Arizona!!

I called for a system maintenance a month ago and today, the day they are supposed to come out I received a call to cancel and reschedule due to having emergency calls that take precedence. I called to reschedule and was told I could not get an appointment until Sept. because of emergency calls. This makes no sense. How can you have nothing but emergency calls for the next 4 months and not schedule maintenance. I told the customer service that the whole reason to have maintenance appointments is so I don't have an emergency. This is a terrible business tactic and I would not recommend George Brazil to anyone.
