We called Parker and Sons on a Saturday morning and this is our experience.We had a leak from an upstairs bathroom pipe that leaked into our downstairs hallway, creating a balloon of water in the ceiling. We were able to take down the dry wall and find the leak.We made the call to Parker and Sons around 10a.m. and were warned that we had an open appointment for the day ( it could take to 7 pm for a tech). Not 20 minutes later Lance called and said he would be at our house in 30 minutes.He was very honest, respectful, and cared about our needs. He repaired the leak in less than 1 hour and tightened a sink faucet (one I had plans to tighten) without hesitation or cost.This was the best service I have had ever on an emergency call and for under $400, I couldn't be happier.

Luis was very prompt this morning. He was friendly and ready to get to work. He fixed my AC quickly and even went on attic to fix some of my vent hoses. He cleaned my coils as best he could. He recommended I get someone out to get it cleaned as it was causing some of my rooms to not get air. He was knowledgeable and even showed me what it looked like. His service was ??‍? A1

Plumber performed an excellent job analysing and identifying the plumbing problem we were experiencing and then performing quality, meticulous work to resolve it. He was timely, courteous, informative, and diligent in his investigation of what turned out to be a strange problem caused by some work done by a prior homeowner. We received a consultation and quotation from him as well, but we preferred the procedure and strategy. We'll definitely contact him if we have any future plumbing issues.

Eddie was here today for our summer maintenance check. He was great, checked everything out, and did any maintenance he needed to do. Explained all to us & answered all questions. Highly recommend this company.Just finished our winter operational maintenance check with tech Eddie Armenta. Eddie, like Jeremy whom we had out here last May, was awesome. He explained everything to us, spent time in the attic, and took pictures of things he wanted us to be aware of.He was very professional and courteous and we would definitely recommend Day & Night.
