Poor customer service. I scheduled an appointment online (1/26/2022) along with speaking with a representative from Penguin Air to service my A/C unit. I received a text confirming my appointment for 2/1/2022, (First Available). I took the day off from work and waited at my house all day. Penguin Air did not show up, they did not call my number, they did not text, nor did they e-mail me. Their lack of communication and unprofessional approach to handling a new customer ensures I will not be doing business with them. I should have known when their text said First Available, meaning the customer has to wait at their home all day for them to just show up.I realize others experience may have been more positive, but the fact that Penguin Air lacked basic customer service to reach out to me, and inform me that they would not be able to meet the agreed upon appointment. I wasted a vacation day for them. I will not waste another day on them.

My AC broke During a heat wave and they came out within an hour. He was Friendly and professional and showed me the readings from our broken AC part.

Taps and his team are amazing. They are quick to respond, take the time to run all the diagnostic tests, had parts on hand and are fairly priced. The tech sat in his truck for 4 hours then came in ...looked around the house...used the bathroom for 30 minutes...then left. I think he was casing the house. Weird and unprofessional

The technicians came out to install my water softener system. I was a bit unprepared as far as having the area clear but they were accommodating and knocked the install out of the park. Then i casually mentioned i will order from them for my Reverse Osmosis that i wanted next. They mentioned they could install it right then and there too so next thing i know they installed that and got it dialed in too. I’m super grateful and pleased with how fast and efficient they were. I would say they had installed both units and set them up for me in less than an hour and a half. I will definitely recommend them to all of my friends and family who own homes! Happy camper now that i can drink potable Alkaline water from the faucets!

I’m so glad I went with them, they are professional, explained the checkup on my unit, and the tech. didn’t rip me off by installing parts that weren’t necessary . I highly recommend Howard Air and will continue to use them.

Mountain AC is a lifesaver! Dave Martin is a knowledgeable and efficient owner who always goes above and beyond. We’ve had to call several times, in summer hours, to get help with our very old unit and he’s always willing to come to the rescue! He helps us stay cool at an affordable rate. We are very grateful for him!
