From the very first meeting with Jeff F, this AC unit replacement went as good as it could have gone. Jeff was extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and priced the work fairly. He worked with us to make sure we received a rebate from both Trane and APS. The crew arrived promptly at 7:00 on the appointed day, worked steadily until almost 5:00, cleaned up after themselves after the work was done. Chris Hays stopped by to check on the progress and stayed for a while as did Jeff F. At the end of a very long day, the foreman, Jack, walked us through the set-up of the electronic thermostat. At the end of the same week, Justin P came by to perform a quality control analysis to make sure the systems were working properly and that we were satisfied. Class act. These guys were great! Definitely made the right choice!

After a debacle with my Home Warranty back in August, my HVAC was replaced in September, only to discover, the service provider (not Penguin) did not install it correctly, and the heat would not cycle on, now in December.Penguin Air to the rescue, Jimmy B area supervisor and Anthony quickly diagnosed the issues with installation and had me back in service same day.Jimmy B met with me and showed me the issues and discussed repair that would be performed so that I understood. After having several companies come out and give us quotes for a completely new HVAC system, new air handler and moving the air handler to a new location we felt that Day/Night did the best job giving us options to choose from as far as the types of systems. The original estimate and measurements were quite extensive due to all the changes and Jason did a very thorough job. We felt as though we had a ton of information to help make our choice. No pressure, just great info. When it came time to install Troy came out the day before to double check everything and confirm what we wanted. He also made video's for the team that would come out the following day for the install. We had about 6 guys in our house for about 8 hours installing our new system. The supervisor walked us through everything that would happen, checked with us about where the new intake would be, thermostats, etc.. which I very much appreciated. After lunch their boss Troy stopped by to check in and make sure that everything was going according to instruction. All in all we could not be happier with our experience so far. I did a ton of research on HVAC brands and we decided to go with a Trane system. Great warranty and great reviews. I have also had Day/Night work on some plumbing issues and they were again fantastic, on-time, great communication and I never felt that I was being pressured to by something or upgrade to something I didn't need. I appreciate that. Every person on their team has been professional and great to work with. You can tell they like what they do. Great job team and great job Day & Night teaching and training your servicemen to do a job right! Much appreciated, you've got a loyal customer in me!!!!
