I had a very good experience with A.P.E.S. I had them out to take a look at my water softener and make sure it was working right. Making an appointment went very smoothly and the staff was very pleasant and helpful. The service technician was prompt, efficient, professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them and use A.P.E.S again.

My AC has been causing me problems this summer. Intermittently blowing cool and then hot air. Richard came out first thing in the morning on our scheduled appointment. He diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. Didn’t even take my $ when i tried to tip. Thank you Hays! And thank you Richard!

We used Penguin Air to install a hot water heater. After calling around and getting quotes from other companies we called Penguin Air and their pricing was extremely affordable for the exact same water heater the other companies were offering. Their technician called to give quote and was able to come out the same day and was on time and very professional. I was extremely impressed by this company from their scheduling desk to the technician who came.

Fred is the best! This is our new a/c company! First hot day & when we flipped to a/c our units were blowing heat. He figured out the problem was our thermostat and NOT our system. Suggested we buy an Ecobee to replace our Nest thermostats. Gave my husband a few tips before he left & hubby installed that afternoon. Didnt try to up sell or overcharge. Love this company!

This company is fantastic! The owner Taps actually shows up rather quickly and makes the right diagnosis everytime. He was even able to help me over the phone once when my heating was out. The prices are extremely reasonable and below the competitor . I highly recommend this company to anyone with heating or air-conditioning issues.

Arcadia Air is great! Jimmy is beyond professional and really knows what he is doing in HVAC. I was in town visiting my grandmother when her AC unit went out. I called around to a bunch of big companies to compare and im so glad i went with Arcadia. Price was the best out of them all and installation was done within a day of confirming pricing. Highly recommend!

Let me start by saying I’ve used this company and referred at least 8-10 other people to this company due to there prompt response to any issues I had in the past and customer service. They’ve replaced my hvac, water heater, and also installed my soft water system without any issues on the past. I paid for their hvac maintenance package and had a maintenance service done by Leo today. I came home from work and noticed there was a problem with my heater not shutting down at the thermostat! It got beyond toasty 79-80 degrees and kept getting hotter and blowing the hot air. I called at 6:30pm and was told I would immediately get called back and left a message on Leo’s cell and it’s crickets with no call back. At 9pm I finally had enough and went to the circuit breaker and shut the power off to the air handler. It’s 10pm and I call again and after hours lady even tried calling the technician with no luck and supposedly will call me back tonight. We are burning up and opened all the windows to cool the house down. Did the owners change!!?? This company was known for customer service, but it’s a shame and poor reflection of the owners.

Mears was very easy to schedule, and the technician who came out, RJ, was by far the best HVAC tech I've seen. I'll definitely ask for him by name next time I need something! Thank you!

We have used Mountain AC for our air conditioning needs since 2013 when they replaced our aging/failing AC unit. This year our AC unit began making noise one afternoon in late June and by evening it struggled to cool our home. We called Dave the next day and he had a crew out within 24 hours. They had all the necessary replacement parts with them to fix our AC and completed the job in an hour. Such quick and efficient service in the middle of summer in Arizona was very much appreciated.
